Well, sorry mate... but "one of the strongest" on what?! It's hard to find among all things you mentioned anything that would help people to feed their children... You can't put thermonuclear bombs on your dinning table (or, at least, I'd strongly advise against doing that).

I was only joking, if you can't tolerate a little teasing then Serbia won't fit well with sophisticated Europeans that are willing to help. You must look at the situation from the E.U.'s point of view, we do not want to get stuck with another country like Greece. Money does not grow on trees, but if it did, they are our trees. Serbia is light years away from qualifying for the E.U. and I mean in many ways, e.g. politically, culturally and economically, among other ways. Also, remember Serbia's view of itself is entirely different from that of Western Europe. I'm not trying to put Serbia down, I'm just trying to get you to look at yourselves realistically.
Lastly, if Russia or the BRICS offered as much as the E.U, I'm sure Serbia would have jumped at the chance, except, neither are interested and, consequently, have offered Serbia nothing. Remember, the host of the party decides who to invite.
