This type of terror / intimidation was a daily thing in Kosmet. This is what it was like living with albans, way before nato/uck aggression.

I say Serbia sends back its MUP forces to "MUP" the floor with this scum.

I always have to wonder when the Serbian press prints about an arrest on crimes against a Serb and does not mention the ethniticity of those arrested. As any time they are Albanian it is noted 100 percent of the time. So were those who stabbed the Serb actually Serbs?????

You should now how many times does it happen in Pristina (“European capital”) that some idiots driving a car, seeing a black girl walking the street, slow down, open the window and shout out offensive phrases like “stupid nigger”. Its happened to me at the Greek and Macedonia border a few times during the summer on a Friday afternoon.

Never read the article just start spewing out venom don't you Peggy, the girl that was supposedly harassed by Albanians was 16, which is who the other poster was talking about.
The one who was almost abducted with eye witnesses who did not identify them as Albanian so you know that they could not have been was 9. In Serbian press if the suspects are not identified as Albanian you can be 100% sure they are not, and even if they do still reduces the chance to 50-50.

Wasn’t Kosovo supposed to comply with stricter border control in light of the potential/future visa liberalization and maybe also at some point joining Schengen agreement?

Somehow, during the weekend of 1-3 May there was no border control between Kosovo and Albania. Cars were simply driving through the checkpoints like it already would be Greater Albania. Isn’t it interesting? Doesn’t it influence the security? Don’t the leaders in Pristina see that it may postpone their dreams of visa liberalization? Was it reported by the international organizations present in Kosovo? I understand that the traffic was significant. The answer is your fellow serbs is who would be bothering a 9 year old kid, the other incidents were combined with the Serb girls claims of being harassed by Albanians to make it appear it is all from Albanians nothing more nothing less.
As far as the black girls walking down the street, I left Kosovo in 2010 and I cannot remember ever seeing "black girls" with the exception of those that were there in the course of UNMIK,EULEX,KFOR.
I know that things change in 5 years but I cannot believe the population shift is to where this is a daily occurrence which you make it seem.
As far as borders go, Kosovo is not in any negotiations with the EU that require tightening their borders and if they want to open the border between Albania and Kosovo that is up to those 2 non EU countries. Apparenty the borders you need to worry about are the Serbian ones as that is apparently where a huge influx of immigrants to the EU come from.
