Thats what the Ottomans said too. But there are 2 million Serbs in RS who beg to differ. Just keep in mind, if there was a conflict in ex-YU again, do you really think Serbia will be standing alone this time? Do you really believe that Russia is in the same situation as in the 90s? Please, a few batteries of S-300s and Nato wouldn't stand a chance against a few million Serbs would love to show them what a real ground war goes. Without their air superiority, they are cowards. They don't have it in them. So who does that leave? Bosnian Muslims? and who are they? They are merely the lowest of the low who were Serbs and converted to Islam cause the invading Turks forced them to. So you essentially have a conflict of Serbs who withstood 500 yrs of Ottoman rule vs Serbs who couldn't hold out and gave up. This would explain why Serbs of today excel at sports / academics, while the Muslims in Bosnia never seem to be able to compete on the same level. Their population consists of followers, not leaders. Its not their fault though... They inherited it from their forefathers who surrendered to invaders.

Dodik I'm not convinced, the EU/West dismantled the Serb machine pebble by pebble over the last 20 years, coupled with negative demographic growth and poor economic growth, I would predict a Serbian loss on Bosnian territory in case of escalating violence which won't eventuate regardless... Sad but very true.. Serbs had there chance 20 years ago, that door is now closed shut.

Voislav today Serbs are 8 million the Turks are 80m, hence point the downward trend is continuing, plus Serb youth are more interested in getting trashed in the local pubs than donning the AK47, the Serb pre 2000 was a different breed... The current mob would sell their mothers, the same could be said for the Bulgars, Macedonians, even the angriest mob the Greeks have headed to the loony left..

Vojislav you are wrong on so many levels. Firstly there are not 2 million serbs in the genocidal entity but 1 million maybe a little more. Serbia wasn't alone there were plenty of russians and others there with you helping you fight unarmed civilians because even the yugoslav army was not enough. You are in no position to act tough to anyone you couldn't win against poory armed nations like croats slivenes bosniaks and albanians you even made a deal with the croats to try and destroy bosnia and share the spoils and tudjman actually thought you would follow through with your promise. Bosnian muslims are the bosniaks that resisted both rome and constantinople and had their own church unlike the bosniak orthodox who converted and today call themselves bosnian serb. Right serbs excel in everything right the best boxer serbia has by a long shot is a bosniak from sandzak Marko Huck aka Muamer Hukic. Most of your best singers are from bosnia.
