pig waste is good
it can be used to make gas...which could be used to heat water or buildings...
it can also be used to make electricity...
the waste can then be used to grow mushrooms...or be used as natural fertilizer in the fields

This pig farms will be environmentally unsound with too many pigs per hectare.
Serbia will be stuck with the pig waste and the German company will get the profits. Bad deal for Serbia.

Oh hey, what do you know... another company from the EU comes to Serbia to take advantage of the favorable free-trade agreement with Russia which would not had been possible had Serbia actually listened to the EU bureaucrats. This is like the 4th company to announce investments in Serbia since the sanctions.

Proof that Serbia will be on the right track so long as it does everything completely opposite from what the EU demands.
