Why should Thaci appeal the verdict, Kosova does not recognize Serbia's kangaroo court.

It is clear that this is just a game by the Belgrade regime - 'you arrested (a handful of) our war criminals, so we have to go after Thaci.' Everyone was the same, everyone was equally bad, equally guilty, don't blame us poor Serbs, bla bla bla. All done to confuse and obscure the truth of the Serbian-led genocides.

And we are still digging up the bones depositied by Serb forces all over Serbia, all over Bosnia.

This is why the genocide lawsuits against Serbia are so important - not just to win reparations and establish judicial guilt, but also to establish an official historical record.

From Serbia we have removed the remains of nearly 1,000 Albanians, and we are still missing over 1,000 Albanians, alone, and 100s of members of other ethnicities including Serbs. Somehow this uncomfortable and ugly truth is never discussed in Serbian media - only "we didn't do nothin!"

The truth is many of the Albanian bodies will never be found, since many were burned in industrialized furnaces by Serbian forces - even EULEX admitted this. And from Serbian officials, only more lies and silence.

Until this mentality changes, and a true de-nazification of the society begins, there is no place in the EU for Serbia.

Ms.Ulrike Lunacek in Serbian politicians mentalities is same as Slobodan Milosevic nothing has changed that's why I said EU will make big mistake inviting Serbia to join European union, if Serbia join EU also will bring allots problem with it for EU.

Actually neither does the international community, as Interpol voided the red alerts of the Serbian arrest warrants on Thaci and others on the basis of being purely political.
Thaci has traveled through many countries and they do not honor the Serbian warrants as legitimate.

What kind of a nation and what kind of people live with the history of atrocities, crimes and destruction committed in their names and still believe the propaganda that is being fed to them? Hundreds of thousand refugees, tens of thousands killed, mass rape, murder, destruction of historical sites, churches entire cities like Vukovar sarajevo and Dubrovnik. And still today the government doesn't acknowledge this properly instead using apologist rhetoric and accusation tactics.

Ah, Dubrovnik was not destroyed AT ALL. None of if its famous wall was even damaged. The old city was INTACT and it was visited by a U.S. professor shortly after the war and he saw that the damage claims were most all propaganda.

It was the Serbian museum and church in Dubrovnik which were most damaged and he points out that the put NEW TILES on the homes of houses that weren't even damaged - it was a BIG PR campaign.

And Vukovar was started by the Croat death squads through Tomislav Mercep.

The Croat government initiated the war because Vukovar had a LARGE SERB POPULATION.
Vukovar had a long historically Serb population and it was only a part of Croatia when it joined into a state with Serbia.

Before that it was SLAVONIA, and wasn't officially part of Croatia.

Croatia GAINED more land despite being on the LOSING, ATTACKING SIDES - the AXIS POWERS and then with the Nazis.

And Vukovar was damaged in STREET FIGHTING which included the Croatian army, police, foreign military and gangs.

Should Serbia rewrite its own history, because of 'Milosevic'? In that case, it might be an idea to annull wrongdoings of all parties involved in the Balkan war...
