"Bosnia can join NATO only if Serbia does"

Chairman of Bosnian Presidency Mladen Ivanic has said thar Bosnia-Herzegovina could join NATO "only if, and when," Serbia does as well.

Are you a President of Bosnia or Serbia? I can't tell. How pathetic is it that you as a "leader" can't make your own decisions without first looking towards Belgrade and Moscow.

Bosnia has 3 Presidents which are all equal to each other. Ivanic is no less the President of Bosnia than Bakir Izetbegovic is. Sorry, but either Bosnia is an inclusive state where Serbs have a large say, or it wont exist at all.
