Vuc used his chance as the head of the UNGA to advance Serbian causes which run counter to the rest of the world. It was noted and there is very little chance he will be put in a position to use this ability in an even higher office. Also unless resolution 1244 is removed, there will be zero chance as it is this office that has the ultimate mandate to oversee its implementation.
Should he garner support from Serbia, which is highly doubtful, he would most definitely be vetoed by one of the permanent members who have invested much in 1244 and would not want it railroaded by the very people it was enacted against.
Unless there is a recognition of Kosovo within the next year, or Kosovo suddenly decides to rejoin Serbia on their terms, Jeremic's chances of getting the job are somewhere between zero and zilch.

Vuk Jeremic to become UN Secretary General?

He is too racist, too hateful, and just does not fit the job requirements. He still sings racist songs, and of course will do anything he can to block Kosova from joining any world organizations that there is left for Kosova to join. He will be eliminated in a heart bet, simply because he comes from a country that has committed mass murder, raped women, and list goes on and on. The worst of all, he actually endorsed his compatriots crimes, therefore you will be denied.
