An 8-year-old girl was killed in the eastern Ukrainian town of Konstantinovka when Ukrainian army soldiers lost control of a tank and hit several pedestrians.

"Three pedestrians fell under the armored vehicle, an 8-year-old girl died, while a woman and her baby were taken to the hospital," the Ukrainian Interior Ministry said on Monday.
Yes, that's right. How stupid of them to fall under a speeding bmp on a road. Everyone knows that the ukrainian military doesn't need to respect any rules when it comes to civilians. The USA & Europe have told them so.

The Kiev junta and their fighters do not represent the majority of peaceful Ukrainians. The right wing Bandera-worshiping fanatics have failed to conscript competent individuals into the armed forces, and most Ukrainians have evaded the draft. One tragic consequence is that lunatics are driving tanks and crushing children. Quite astonishing that some countries want to further arm these criminals.
