I guess the Balkans have more then their share of catalys world changing events.

I find it difficult to follow the logic of your arguments.You attmpt to start with economics and you finish with the Bible.Your first point of Greece cooking the books is not entirely correct.It was the Troika ECB/Greece and Goldman Sacks who hid the Greek debts under some complicated financial derivatives and the aim is to qualify Greek eligibility of the Euro-nothing to do with getting more money as you allege.The banks won't suffer a run because of Greece-they've already have their own plans controlling all nations.They won't save you, me or anyone else outside their clique - and if they havn't told you their evil plan you definitely are outside their clique. If they have, you will still likely have your Night of the Long Knives comeuppance.When they are done looting society blind while offloading their debt onto society, they will then move into "Europeans pay their debts" narrative, bankrupt much of us and seize our assets for themselves via their corporate fronts.

i do believe it is those very people that controlled and guided the economy into collapse who have, and continue to experience the "no problem" policy, and it is those who were in overwhelming cases bamboozled and robbed of their wealth who are experiencing the "structural changes, and painstaking recovery".
theory of economics is fine. fine to wipe one's backside with. reality is contrary to theory, yet blind-faith governance continues to believe in the theory. trillions of dollars were frittered away in a "no problem" policy, why was it good then?

Though, with the same methods (bloating the public sector, avoiding privatizations, corruption and excessive bureaucracy to have some task for all the public employees while hindering private companies and investors) Greek was guided into the situation it is in now.

The only good thing might be that this government might finally manage to end all the tax evasion from the oligarchs and elite - the billions of 'saved' money they already carried to Switzerland right on time, though.

Sorry mate, by fastest growing means NOTHING unless you provide some information about the absolute size.

To simplify it for you... For example, say Part A grows from 1% to 2% and Party B grows from 60% to 66%. Party A is the fastest growing party (100% growth vs the growth of 10% of Party B). Almost nobody would be frightened by that 2% lol
