So that later on they can point to Serbia as the reason why they are so poor.

Oh I'm sure the hyena kleptocrats in Pristina will try and try and try again. Constantly starting confrontations it cannot win just to distract the average poor Albanian in Kosovo-Metohija instead of developing what they currently have. And the sad part is, blind ultra nationalists like you just eat it up. All someone has to do is stoke the flames, or fly a fictitious map of Greater Albania in the sky and you guys get all wound up as if you forget about all the real problems your community faces. So sad that you don't see you're being taken for a ride.

And there we go. Test finished successfully. Now time to decide the cut that Vucic, Nikolic, Thaci and Mustafa will take to keep their hotheads in check. Then this of course will be dressed as a great negotiating achievement. Theres money to be made here and it will be made after the politicians take their cut. You know like Gazprom did.
