Croatian law on minorities "not implemented"

Yet this and many other issues with minorities and human rights did not prevent Croatia entering the EU.
Meanwhile the EU has constant demands upon Serbia.
Serbia and Serbs are fools to want to get into a group which is very seriously biased against them, and will always be that way. A perpetual whipping-boy is all Serbia will be fore them as long as it exists - and if they got their way totally, Serbia would not longer exist!
