I just want to point out that despite the Ustashas collaborating with the Nazis that some of the atrocious behaviour of Ustahasas were such that even some Nazis were shocked at the brutality of the Ustashas according to what I read online.Truth be told that despite Nazi brutality prior and in the duration of 2nd World War I sometimes believe that the Ustashas and even the Japanese were more atrocious then the Nazis.

This is why the EU enlargement is a failure, because we had to accept in the Union nations with a third world mentality, just like Croats, only because Germany wanted to enlarge not the EU, but its own circle of allies within the EU. For what it's worth, a Mass said for someone is not a "commemorative Mass" - it's a Mass (which is essentially a longer prayer with liturgies including communion) with the intent of praying for their soul while in purgatory. Heaven is open to all who have truly repented for their earthly sins, so in this case, these prayers are messages to God to consider whether the person for whom the Mass was said, has truly repented.
It is not a commemoration ceremony where you have speeches, videos or pictures honouring the said person. Usually the Mass begins with the priest saying "this Mass is being said for the soul of John Smith". Nothing more is added regarding said person.
