Well, let see and put a few things in perspective here..Someone drives a car full of explosives with Serbia's number plates in Prishtina... had booked a room in Grand Hotel central Prishtina next to a church.. happen to be near Christmas time.. he works for Serbia agriculture ministry and his wife for Serbia's interior ministry.. had details about the escape route... Just to many of these coincidences, don't you think? I agree only a stupid person will do that... but then again who said a terrorist is clever? Not from Serbia anyway... Remember 2004? Better luck next time guys!

Quit trying to fabricate propaganda about Albanians when in fact you're the evil son of a bitch. "

And that should come from an American, the greatest devil on the face of earth. Remember Vietnam, Nicaragua, Cuba, Bolivia, Colombia, Iraq, Syria, Iran, Lebanon etc etc etc.

Serbia you cannot run away from this or point the finger to the Albanians! You're caught red-handed! Quit trying to fabricate propaganda about Albanians when in fact you're the evil son of a bitch. Slobodan Gavric was a terrorist who had explosive devices! I hope Kosovo authorities give him the maximum sentence possible! Serbian "secret intelligence agency" also known as UDBA carried out this terroristic act to spread propaganda about Albanians to the world. To all of my fellow Albanians, greetings from the United States of America!

Serbian plates maybe but BG plates surely not.

WRONG. Serbian license plates are common in Pristina. Ask the people that live here. Even if "you" want to assume that Serbs are harassed you seem to forget that there are Albanians living in Serbia that drive Serbian plated cars. You are incorrect.

Serbian news says it was a drug dealer from Novi Pazar who alerted the Pristina authorities. So this drug dealer knew the contents of the car which means somehow the drug dealer was involved or connected to the deal. I think the Serb was a dupe and perhaps entrapped.
And many wonder how he could have made it through the administrative border with the explosives in the first place - that there is the possibility that they were loaded into the car after he passed the border.

In any event he seems quite the fool, and if he knew there were explosives then how could he think it was even legal to transport them without a special license and permit?
If he was planning a terror attack and managed to get the explosive on his own and make it through the administrative line, then how could he be so dumb as to keep his Belgrade plates on until Pristina? A real planner would have switched the plates IF he could even manage to get across the border with explosives in his car. Aren't all cars searched?

The Serbian police are on the case and we should reserve judgment until they report as to what was going on. We can see over and over again that Albanian law enforcement in Kosovo is blatant harassment of Serbs, nothing more. Serbs are rather poorly represented among the world of terrorism as a matter of history.

Not for terrorism. I reiterate that there is not one place in this world that would detain you for 30 days for such serious accusations. This isn't some domestic disturbance in a house or something, there is nothing more serious than terrorism and for the Pristina institutions to just let him out in a month? Anyone with even the slightest shred of objectivity clearly sees there's something wrong with all of this.

Even if Gavric's business connections owned or operated a mining company or operation,as far as I'm concerned, crossing the border with explosives is not the most pragmatic or prudent thing to do. So let's suppose that Slobodan Gavric was residing in or visiting Canada or Mexico and if he were to cross the U.S. border with the same material can anyone imagine what trouble Gavric would be in with U.S. border guards or even Homeland Security considering that the American public or at least U.S. law officials and some politicians are rather conscious of national security.

Sometimes it is hard to determine if this idiocy is an act or the real thing. There is not one place but probably 150 countries at least that the initial remand time would be 30 days or less, that does not mean that they would be out on the street in 30 days but only given time for a formal hearing before a judge to determine if bail is appropriate or not.
As far as the thing with the Belgrade plates, no one said that Serbs make smart terrorists.

Educate yourself. It's called pre-trial confinement and is the max period a Kosovo judge can give at one time. It can be extended in 30 day increments indefinitely until case is dropped or goes to trial.
