If not, go there once and try to speak the Serbian language. You will soon find out what terrorism feels like. He wasn't very smart to drive in with Belgrade license plates - it was almost as if he wanted to be discovered. Plus "and that the car was stopped because the police 'had previous information'" sounds like this whole thing was a ruse. That it was all arranged that a Serb from Belgrade would have explosives and plans and that the Kosovo police were notified of it all along so he would be arrested and then they have their story about the bold attempted attack. Why don't they give the name of the driver?

Notice that they do not actually say the Serb was carrying explosives, but rather he was carrying "materials for manufacturing of explosives". The Serb could not have actually been on his way to a terrorist act because the explosives had not been manufactured yet. But the Albanian media is not interested in the facts reported by its own government, it refers to what was found "as explosives".

It could very well have been some farmer carrying fertilizer. He was lucky he was not shot "resisting arrest". Driving while Serbian in an Albanian neighborhood was probably his real crime. Seriously, what Serb would be running around conspiring to terrorism with Belgrade license plates.

This whose story sounds more than a bit fishy. Either someone staged that incident, whoever it was and for whatever reasons, or the arrested person has some serious mental health problems, like this Kosovo Albanian who attacked US soldiers in an army bus in Germany.

It may be a "surprise" to many Serb commentators to know that in actual fact cars with Serbia's number plates are quite common in Kosovo and you see them quite often in Prishtina. Cars in Serbs ghettos up north and some not very far from Prishtina are using both Kosovo's and Serbia's number plates since this isn't illegal.

Having said all that, i find it quite disturbing that some people are willing to justify mass killing.. I mean who in a write mind would think that somehow the "evil Albanians" have manipulated this guy from Serbia to fill his car with explosive and arrest him just a few yards from the US embassy? Even by the Serb tabloids standards this is fiction a bit to far. But, whatever you on, keep it going guys!

It's absolutely not true at all, it was the case immediately after the war but the situation now is very relaxed as is very obvious that you haven't been in Prishtina for at least 10 years.
One of my best friends is Serbian who married an Albanian man 4 years ago, we speak Serbian freely just about anywhere in Prishtina, don't go to Gjakovo or Drenica region where Serbs have committed atrocities, but Prishtina is fine.
In fact Serbs in Kosovo are now a subject to Positive Discrimination, where jobs are either created for them or can jump the que on a job interview and get at least 50 points just for being a Serb.
Serbian car number plates also undergo immunity, I see many of those in Prishtina, I have never witnessed or heard of a problem and neither have my Serbian friends form Belgrade who often visit Prishtina for fun and business.
So please, check your facts before saying anything, if it's not the truth that hurts you, that is.

I have written few similar posts which were never posted by the moderator, I do not expect this to be posted either considering that b92 has also become a part of the regime, but in case it does, let the people know the truth.

It's absolutely not true at all, it was the case immediately after the war but the situation now is very relaxed as is very obvious that you haven't been in Prishtina for at least 10 years.
One of my best friends is Serbian who married an Albanian man 4 years ago, we speak Serbian freely just about anywhere in Prishtina, don't go to Gjakovo or Drenica region where Serbs have committed atrocities, but Prishtina is fine.
In fact Serbs in Kosovo are now a subject to Positive Discrimination, where jobs are either created for them or can jump the que on a job interview and get at least 50 points just for being a Serb.
Serbian car number plates also undergo immunity, I see many of those in Prishtina, I have never witnessed or heard of a problem and neither have my Serbian friends form Belgrade who often visit Prishtina for fun and business.
So please, check your facts before saying anything, if it's not the truth that hurts you, that is.
p.s.
I have written few similar posts which were never posted by the moderator, I do not expect this to be posted either considering that b92 has also become a part of the regime, but in case it does, let the people know the truth.

It may be a "surprise" to many Serb commentators to know that in actual fact cars with Serbia's number plates are quite common in Kosovo and you see them quite often in Prishtina. Cars in Serbs ghettos up north and some not very far from Prishtina are using both Kosovo's and Serbia's number plates since this isn't illegal.

Having said all that, i find it quite disturbing that some people are willing to justify mass killing.. It could very well have been some farmer carrying fertilizer. He was lucky he was not shot "resisting arrest". Driving while Serbian in an Albanian neighborhood was probably his real crime. Seriously, what Serb would be running around conspiring to terrorism with Belgrade license plates.

How very convenient that at the exact same time Albanian PM Edi Rama was in town to give a talk, a Serb is conveniently arrested in Pristina of all places with the intention of targeting a Catholic church of all things with firecrackers. I'm not a nationalist, I'm not even a Serb and I definitely doubt that a Serbian terrorist (or ANY other terrorist or ANY LEGAL INDIVIDUAL AT ALL) would drive in Kosovo with Belgrade license plates. This whose story sounds more than a bit fishy. Either someone staged that incident, whoever it was and for whatever reasons, or the arrested person has some serious mental health problems, like this Kosovo Albanian who attacked US soldiers in an army bus in Germany.
