"Membership in military alliances not considered"

Serbia, as a military neutral country, is developing partnerships in East and West based on mutual respect and interest, says Defense Minister Bratislav Gašić.

Yeah, the the US and their €Urofag vassals bombed Serbia back to stoneage with atomic waste which will continue killing and maiming for a longer period of time than people can count, out of "mutual respect and interest".

A normal country would turn their backs against such an hostile environment for less...
