Wrong! Serbia is not being blackmailed, this is just propaganda. Serbia has been asked to follow EU policy. There is a big difference. If you aspire to join an organisation then you are expected to accept its policies and rules.
In fact you could argue that if any blackmailing is going on then it is coming from the accuser. Russia, being paranoid at losing friends everywhere, is wacking the finger at Serbia and telling it, that should Serbia have the audacity to critisize Russia's behaviour it can expect to suffer grave consequences. Serbia is not ready to suffer and is playing the diplomatic card. That's all.

Besides I asked you quite other question so please stick to it if you mean to prove something.
