----

Yes LOL galor courtesy of the ICTY comedy. You and I may read it over and over until eternity... however, the ICTY wrote that SESELJ was NOT consulted and Seselj did NOT read it, nor consent to any condition. If you want to return on Seslj's behalf, then I am happy for you and glad that YOU read and agreed to the condition. Seselj did not. Let's keep laughing at the ICTY clowns.

De facto, Seselj was released unconditionally. He is not obligated to return
(Amnesty Yugoslavia, 14 November 2014 07:13)

Hey mate, what were you smoking when you wrote the above because it is totally wrong. You obviously did not read the Chamber's Order http://www.icty.org/x/cases/seselj/tord/en/141106.pdf. Seselj was released with conditions and he is obliged to return. The conditions are "not to influence witnesses and victims, and to appear before the Chamber as soon as it so orders".

(think about it, 14 November 2014 23:45)The only reason he would need to go back is to receive his sentence

---

According to the ICTY rules, there are many more steps before a 92 ter judgement, which must precede a sentence. After the new Judge has familiarized himself ("heard") the presentation of prosecution's evidence (so far, no defense evidence has been presented) , the next step would be a 92 bis rule on aquittal. Judge Antonnetti has already provided decision on partial acquittal. Niang must first provide an acquittal decision according to rule 98 bis, at which point the accused has many options, non of which require him to return.

think about it

pre 9 godina

He did. The ICTY did not listen and did NOT "consult the accused". Moreover, since the ICTY refused to consult the accused, it was the ICTY that failed to fulfill Serbia's one and only condition for providing a guarantee. De facto, Seselj was released unconditionally. He is not obligated to return and it is unlikely that the ICTY circus wants him back.
(Amnesty Yugoslavia, 14 November 2014 07:13
The only reason he would need to go back is to receive his sentence and for those of you who think he is innocent, that matters not he can get that in absentia. But if he is really dying of cancer then he will probably not be alive then anyway.
The other reason he might be summoned back is if he commits actions that the court considers contempt, and then an arrest warrant would be issued. And after his comments thus far, do you think Vucic or Nikolic would hesitate to deliver him to the Hague?

Amnesty Yugoslavia

(Moderate Serb, 14 November 2014 01:50) you seem to have the common Serbian preoccupation of trying to find loop holds (sic) where none exist.

----

I do have an interest and pre-occupation with the legalities and the quasi-judicial ICTY farce masquerading as a tribunal in the Hague. No loop holes, only legal rules and norms that have been grossly perverted for political means. Notably, the most serious allegations about the ICTY have not been made by a Serb (moderate or otherwise) but were exposed by one of the ICTY's own Judges! Heck the ICTY's handling of the Seselj case has been characterized as FIASCO by former ICTY employee Hartman. These inside sources have certainly forced other moderate, unbiased individuals to critically examine and highlight farcical failures of the ICTY.

The trial chamber orders that have been associated with the detention and eventual release of Seselj are not "loop holes", but represent a well entrenched pattern of contradiction and legal perversion that are entirely unprecedented in international criminal law.

Believe me you produce more a lot more horrible garbage on B92 forums than anything Seselj says. You constantly talk about the need for Serbia to reflect of some imaginary past, and in the same comments you talk about how organ harvesting was a necessary act because the victims were Serbian civilians and heroin trafficking is okay as long as it funds a separatism in Kosovo-Metohija.
You need help, old man.
(Ari Gold, 13 November 2014 19:50)

I never, ever in my life said anything like you claim here. In case organ harverfsting really took place in Kosovo, I would be one of the first ones to condemn it, but as also stated by the independant investigator, there is no proof of that. Just another example of the methods you use. Lying, cheating, making false statements.

Creepy Ari Gold is constantly claiming I am old, senial, close to death, whatever, and I repeatedly tried to set this record straight, but B92 never published it. Actually sheds a real bad light on your jounalistic practices. This mad, creepy man even went as far as to send imply death treats towards me, and you do not publish my response. By doing so, you put yourself on the same low level. Publishing comments like the ones from Ari actually constitute a criminal act, and in northern Europe you would in a hell of a lot of trouble.

Here are some personal facts about me, which hopefully set the record straight:

I am 59, healthy, good looking, in good shape, happy, have no problems and have good gens. Both my parents are still alive and in the late 80's early 90's, and do surprising well. So I guess I could easily outive this Ari Gold. Watch out Ari, that bus can get you anytime, and remeber 'what goes around, comes around'!

So much for that.

To Boom - You Err - I quote You -

Lets be real, Albanians talking about greater Albanija is a real joke and it should be treated as such. Albania has no capacity to do anything like that even if it wanted too. when our politician are provoked by greater Albania it is beyond ridiculous.

Comment -

When Hungary comes for Vojvodina and Austria and Croatia for Bonia i Herzegovina - Alabania Can.

Further -

However Sesejl talking bout greater Serbia is a real possibility as there is still huge support for him in Serbia and probably Putin will encourage him to challenge Nato and use him as a negotiating asset then for Russia's interests. He has proven before what he is capable of and can do it again. But chances are high he will die a painful and slow death from his cancer, this might put off Putin. The sooner he dies the better for everyone.

A.Y,
What you fail to understand is that Vucic and company need desperately to have Serbia admitted to the EU. This is guarantee enough for Seselj to be returned to the Hague unless he dies before then. Might I add, you seem to have the common Serbian preoccupation of trying to find loop holds where none exist. How many times in the history of Serbia did this type of thinking manage to backfire on Serbia, only having her loose more than if she had played it straight. Serbs continue to be their own worst enemy.

Paul

Nobody has anything to say about whether they think he actually guilty of anything at the ICTY? Nobody? That says a lot doesn't it.

There is no case against Seselj at the Hague. That's why he is out. And that's what he is so furious about. That's twelve years out of his life he is not getting back.

This is good for Serbian democracy. Vucic and co. would have been better served by making minimal comments about Seselj's return but they just couldn't help themselves, or, they thought it would keep them in the good books with Brussels. Seselj's a spent force, so why waste the energy?

I am glad to see Seselj out of that kangaroo court, because I always felt he needs to be tried in Serbia and put in jail there. This release, followed by the statements he is making need to be an eye opener and not a rallying point. I am all for Serbia, and what is best for Serbia, but not to the point of extremism. He goes way to far, and this kind of talk needs to be exposed for the ridiculousness that it is. Greater Serbia at all costs? Serbia needs to be Serbia (with Kosovo), and guarantee all rights to all citizens. That will also require all citizens to integrate into society, like in the US, and still be their ethnicity. This should be required in Croatia and Bosnia as well....Serbs can be Serbs, but they must be treated equally as all citizens, and Serbs there need to integrate into society (a pipe dream since everyone is too stupid and stubborn).

What's really sad is this nationalistic rhetoric is majorly present in Croatia and supported by a vast majority. At when Seselj can back, there were not tens of thousands waiting to greet him and support his stupidity. In Croatia, Gotovina got a heroes welcome from the people and the church, and it was in the hundreds of thousands. This is what needs to stop. It's funny, the commentators ripping Serbia and Seselj for this current episode championed Croatia's reaction to the same thing, and champion their nationalism against Serbs. Just further proof of the scum that post on here and their agenda.

Šešelj described the situation in the country as difficult, and Serbia's possible EU membership as "a disaster - because there is no place for us there."

Everything else sounds like the same old Seselj, but he might have been right about this. I notice that no one in the government is talking about this. Is there a place for Serbia in the EU? What is that place? Is life in Serbia difficult? does the government have anything to say about that?

First they blamed the old government, and now they blame conspiracies involving this crazy guy Seselj.

But what if he isn't so crazy?

When will the Serbian Government address life in Serbia and Serbia's (un)realistic expectations of its place in the EU?

Hey mate, what were you smoking when you wrote the above because it is totally wrong. You obviously did not read the Chamber's Order http://www.icty.org/x/cases/seselj/tord/en/141106.pdf. Seselj was released with conditions and he is obliged to return. The conditions are "not to influence witnesses and victims, and to appear before the Chamber as soon as it so orders".

What you fail to understand is that Vucic and company need desperately to have Serbia admitted to the EU. This is guarantee enough for Seselj to be returned to the Hague unless he dies before then. Might I add, you seem to have the common Serbian preoccupation of trying to find loop holds where none exist.
