It's truly amazing how shameless these NATO warmongers are, to keep a man in jail for 12 years without a verdict is beyond scandalous, it's criminal and revolting.

Well, I think you meant "Russian warmongers" because the Court in question was proposed by Russia, approved by Russia, with all judges approved by Russia and with the Court's President approved by Russia not once but several times. Please make sure to raise your concerns to Russia about them being criminal and revolting!

Yes Nenad, I've pretty much addressed all of what you mentioned. He went on hunger strike as he was denied his right to self representation regardless of what law school teaches you. The so-called "tribunal" even admitted it was wrong to deny him this right. He revealed protected witnesses in his book while practically all of those witnesses later gave him permission.

You seem to somehow imply that he intentially delayed the case but then he didn't provide a defence. He could have stretched it out a few more years if he wanted. The case ended years ago and still no verdict but according to you, it's all his fault. Seems like you can't see through your racism.

Dragan, no one outside of a few Serbian right-wing hooligans are going to remember this guy. Just look at the current popularity of his political party. Remember how Milosevic had to be flown home in the cargo hold of a jet, then buried in his backyard in Pozarevac? It'll be even worse for Seselj.

It's truly amazing how shameless these NATO warmongers are, to keep a man in jail for 12 years without a verdict is beyond scandalous, it's criminal and revolting. Only sociopaths like Tony Bliar, the cow Albright, the pervert Clinton, war criminal Clark....and the rest of their evil friends can justify this. As for the media? It doesn't even exist, the mainstream media is a bunch of presstitutes who act as water carriers for the neocon warmongers and humanitarian bombers, and are afraid of reporting the truth - if they do they'll get ostracized. We are in on Orwellian time my friends, we truly are.
I want to personally thank Dr. Seselj, for he has given up 12 years of his life to expose this NATO run kangaroo court for what it is - show trials meant to turn the victim (Serbia), into the villain, and to turn Croat and Albanian nazis and organ snatchers into 'victims'. Thank you Dr. Seselj, the history books will show you as the man who exposed western hypocrisy, hubris, criminal behaviour, and incompetence, and as the man who gave the finger to the NATO war criminals, never wavered to his last day, and made a fool out of them! Well done!
Cheers!!

Sure, Zoran, you've been saying this and that for years but how much of it is true? Do you ever talk about his hunger strikes, or his contempt convictions for revealing classified information, or his numerous demands for this and that related to his insistence on self-defense? By the way, one of the first things they teach in law school is that any lawyer who opts for self-defense is an utter fool.

Or how about his long absences due to ill health? He has cancer, right? Not so easily treated in most cases, and I wouldn't be surprised if he stalled that whole process, too, over refusal to be seen by doctors of non-Serbian or non-Russian origin.

You and many other posters love to hone in on 10-20% of the details of this case, ignoring all the rest. But, hey, like they say, don't let the facts get in the way of a good story!

Quite amazing but not surprising. I've been saying for years that Šešelj will either be found guilty or dead. Since they couldn't find him guilty then we all know what's waiting.

You can see the NATO court trying to wash their hands before this happens. In my opinion, unless Šešelj's verdict is reached, there is no reason to leave. Dying in the Hague keeps responsibility on them. This isn't about justice and the Netherlands should be ashamed hosting such a farce.
