Mr Vucic
All you have to do is begin construction of the South Stream pipeline and all of this will go away.
Don't worry about the EU they will let you in assuming it is still viable in 5 years

According to the prime minister, "Serbia recognizes its debt," and finds it would be "right to pay EUR 100 million" - but that paying the entire EUR 200 million debt immediately, or by March, would be "too great a burden for us."

This would "reflect on the public debt and the fiscal deficit that we wish to keep under control in 2015,"

That is really poor money management, they don't want to pay the debt, because if they do, than the deficit will be too high, and the IMF won't lend them more money. But the thing is deficit or no, the IMF and everyone knows the debt exists.

Simply pay the debt, and don't buy what you cannot afford. If Serbia could do these two things, they wouldn't need to borrow anymore money.

Stop cosying up to the EU and the Russians will probably write the debt off. They certainly don't need the money or any more Slavic nations being swallowed up by the globalists of Europe in order to asset-strip them. If we are going to be asset-stripped then I'd prefer it was done by Russia.

Whole debt "too much to pay at once" - PM. Just tell the truth Serbia/Serbs are broke. Are now waiting for some one crazy enough to give them some money. That they will not ever get back for Serbia to pay some of their out standing bills. The pretence is over you are only making your selfs look totaly stupid. The Russkis even cut the supply to the fictisous Srpska aka greater war mongering Serbia in occupied Bosnia by 35%.
