One might ask why defend a notary system that benefits no one except the small number of notaries who will have a monopoly on the market - and a huge income with very little effort. An investigative journalist would look into how they are being appointed and whether there is "pay to play" involved. The notary system that Serbia has introduced is completely unnecessary.
