An eye for an eye. This is just the beginning.
(Avni, 21 October 2014 18:28)

That is an absolutely stupid comment. An eye for an eye and the whole world will go blind pretty soon.
Two wrongs dont make a right. Serbs burned down some albanian businesses, we get that, but what did this old lady do to get her house burned down for gods sake?
This is not karma, it is a CRIME and the perpetrators should get jail time.
I wish the albanian neighbors would get together and help them rebuild the house.
Serbia is doing a disservice to the serbs in kosovo by not engaging with the kosovo government and the EU. Saying Kosovo is Serbia and not being pragmatic by recognizing the reality will not get you anywhere.
Kosovo constitution guaranties rights of all minorities. This should be taken seriously by everyone by putting people on the ground from Serbia and EU on good faith, to hold the Kosovo government accountable for protecting its citizens.

I accidentally ended up here, just navigating in Albania latests on Google news to get any idea on what will be the next UEFA decision, when I saw this. The title said "Serb returnees house set on fire" and there was the above quoted comment which got my attention, sent by marKo. It's a sad, very sad comment. But don't let yourself think you're alone. There are a lot of Albanians who think like you and disagree with this kind of action, and I believe there are a lot of Serbs, on the other side, who don't agree with the hate show staged in the Belgrade stadium. But the hate people on both sides are the loudest and the reasonable majorities in both countries seem to be voiceless in these situations. Because the media sells better the hate than the cooperation. Anyway, you are right - there are a lot of Albanians who disagree with these burnings, even though you will rarely find them expressing their views on international news boards.

"what you saw in Serbia following the soccer match where Serbs attacked Albanian businesses in Serbia IS just the beginning"

If it is just the beginning then why haven't we heard of anything more? And why do Serbs patronize the Albanian businesses so much? And why aren't Serbs protesting against the visit of the Albanian PM who is making a bunch of provocative unmerited demands - he wants the keys to the city. Ridiculous. Keys to the city are offered to those who've done something good or the people like and appreciate. He has done absolutely nothing good for Belgrade - in fact, he's done harm.
Serbs are passively taking what their traitorous, dumb leaders are doing sitting down. Where are the protests and action?

From Avni the coward: "An eye for an eye. This is just the beginning."

Wrong Avni, this has been going on for 15 years as someone else mentioned. However, unfortunately for Albanians, what you saw in Serbia following the soccer match where Serbs attacked Albanian businesses in Serbia IS just the beginning. I don't condone it, but if you poke the hornet's nest enough, sooner or later you will get stung. You're also very lucky the Serb players escorted the Albanian players off the field or you would have seen a much uglier situation. Keep poking the hornet's nest.

The obvious conclusion is it is going to take a long time to overcome the hatred caused by Serbian leadership.
(just an opinion, 21 October 2014 15:06)

There really aren't that many Serbs in Albania. It is the Albanians who left home and migrated north to get the hell out of Albania. In the wake of the drone provocation, Albanians have gotten violent all over that delusional map they have drawn for themselves. Meanwhile in Albania, the national team got a heroes welcome for their victory (???)

(Questioner, 21 October 2014 13:03)

Actually after another thorough investigation by Kosovo's inept Interior Minister Bajram Rexhepi, the conclusion was that it was a school chemistry project in which kids learned how to set things on fire, so no worries.

In addition, Rexhepi also found the students were assisted in the arson by the monks of Visoki Decani monastery and elements of the Serbian Secret Service who have completely infiltrated the District of Pec.

Just another ordinary day in the independent dreamland of Kosovastan. Albanians don't need a reason or an excuse to commit violence so I don't know what point you're trying to make. The karma is when Serbs finally desecrate the Albanian cemetery in northern Kosovo, burn down houses of Albanians, throw rocks at old Albanian grandparents, beat up Albanian children after outnumbering them 5 to 1 and using the media to spread lies and propaganda of their own shortcomings onto others.

Try a little harder to be a troll. You're up against stiff competition around here.
