If it were a threat to the Serbian, it would have been in Serbian. But in English it will have much more effect outside, for example on the english pages of B92. Yes millions have poured into Kosovo, but usually with very strict guidelines as to what it is to be spent on. Plus the first 8+ years everything was controlled through bureaucratic UN control, with heavy emphasis on providing disproportionately to the "minority" communities.
I saw some of the donations such as millions of dollars worth of medical equipment, but without 2 very important things such as training on how to use it or funds to repair it if it needed it or money to actually install it. So the donations are great but unusable.
I have heard the claims from Serbs that their state is where it is due to the "billions" of dollars worth of damage to their infrastructure in the bombing campaign although the bombing inside of Serbia was limited and directed, and no where close to billions.
Milosevic spent 10 years destroying the infrastructure in Kosovo not 78 days.
Has some of the funds ended up in pockets, yes welcome to life in eastern Europe not just the Balkans. But remember Kosovo has had years of training in that respect from the lord and masters in Serbia. It will take decades to undo what was done to them before they can even advance.

Yes millions have poured into Kosovo, but usually with very strict guidelines as to what it is to be spent on. Plus the first 8+ years everything was controlled through bureaucratic UN control, with heavy emphasis on providing disproportionately to the "minority" communities.
I saw some of the donations such as millions of dollars worth of medical equipment, but without 2 very important things such as training on how to use it or funds to repair it if it needed it or money to actually install it. So the donations are great but unusable.
I have heard the claims from Serbs that their state is where it is due to the "billions" of dollars worth of damage to their infrastructure in the bombing campaign although the bombing inside of Serbia was limited and directed, and no where close to billions.
Milosevic spent 10 years destroying the infrastructure in Kosovo not 78 days.
Has some of the funds ended up in pockets, yes welcome to life in eastern Europe not just the Balkans. But remember Kosovo has had years of training in that respect from the lord and masters in Serbia. It will take decades to undo what was done to them before they can even advance.

The more you write the more it is evident that you are actually writing about a place you know absolutely nothing about. One of the first things visitors notice in visiting Kosovo is the enormous amount of graffiti on buildings, walls and left over destruction path of Serbs when they destroyed the infrastructure of Kosovo.
The "playing kids" remark shows your desperation in spreading your hatred of Albanians in Kosovo. The attribution of crimes to children was used in the throwing of stones at school windows when your peers were trying to equate it to ethnic cleansing and the playing part was added by those like you. Then you repeat it every chance you get to attempt to make others think that it is Albanian claims for every act against Serbs.
If you spent half the energy trying to highlight the positives of Serbs, think of the good you could accomplish for your people. But alas some people think the only way they can look good is to make others look bad. Not a great quality in life.
