That's fine. Except this was repeated to Serbia every time outside powers have occupied Kosovo-Metohija on behalf of the Albanians throughout history. If the internet existed during the Ottoman Empire, lunatics like you would be writing the very same thing. In WWII, the Nazis occupied Kosovo-Metohija and gave it to the Albanians as well.

But they don't last. Our origins and roots that come from this land that stem generations, that were ripped out due to ethnic cleansing and genocide remain embedded in the collective memory of the Serbian nation.

It's just something that Serbia cannot deal with today due to external forces. The great thing is the Albanians are not building anything strong or prosperous with the occupation that they have been given to middle-manage.

Our ties to our Jerusalem, Kosovo-Metohija, are religious and holy. Yours are imperial, strategic and above all else, temporary. Read your history, you must not know about us.

It is apparent that you are doomed to a life of denial and will forever live in a fantasy world. But it is harmless. The world around you will go on. Serbia did agree to Eulex(there were no signing of documents) but like I said at the last minute as a face saving act to their own people. Serbia announced their agreement the last week in November and the scheduled turnover date from UNMIK to EULEX was Dec 4th, with thousands of personnel in place and thousands of UNMIK personnel already home.
We could play games of Belgrade could move into Kosovo and retake it and no one would do anything all day long but they are just that games and have NO basis in reality. Your present government has no plans for such, as far as future governments, who knows the SNS seems to be doing everything to insure they remain in power for a very long time.
If these thoughts make you happy have at it, as most probably you are in a recliner thousands of miles from either country and your version of reality affects no one, it is merely entertainment for forums such as these.

What reality? EULEX was signed into existence by the Republic of Serbia. This is a fact which is really inarguable. And even though they should not have done this, it only reaffirms the sovereignty this territory belongs to.

Nothing is impossible. Occupiers are just that, occupiers. The world is changing, and Western involvement in Serbia's Jerusalem of Kosovo-Metohija is not something that will last forever. Already today, Serbia could try to secure the north plus enclaves and Monastery's and NATO countries would not be able to bomb Belgrade. Today, Westerners have a hard time to even support war against barbarians like ISIS. They don't want more conflict, especially Americans.

So what was possible a decade and a half ago, is completely off the table today. Which means in 10 years, who knows if NATO presence in Serbia's southern province will even be plausible. All Serbia has to do is not give in to pressure to legitimize the occupation by allowing the organ traffickers into the UN.

I would better familiarize yourself with the facts on the ground and leave your bigotry at home. I know you'd like to think that isn't sovereign Serbian territory, but it is. The situation will change on the ground in Serbia's favor when it has a government that takes into account its legitimate national interests on its own territory.

One would think supposedly living outside Serbia you would be more familiar with the reality on the ground but alas it is only your own loss to be in this state of denial. Your claims and blind assertions mean nothing in the future of Kosovo or its neighbor Serbia.
But you are right the current and probably future governments of Serbia are after more important things than fulfilling some crazy hopes of diasporia to sacrifice everything in the impossible dream of Kosovo.

Yes of course EULEX declared that they would be working to strengthen the occupation of Kosovo i Metohija, that is what their whole purpose was to arrive there in the first place. But the EU does not have the authority to unilaterally replace a UN mission anywhere in the world. It was the Serbian government that allowed EULEX to replace UNMIK because Serbia is the sovereign territory in question whether you like it or not!

Now whether I like it or not, Serbia's government has for decades now held a very anti-Serbian policy when it comes to the southern province of Kosovo-Metohija. For the sake of the vague pipedream of EU membership, the Boris Tadic controlled government replaced UNMIK with EULEX, but only Serbia could do that.

Serbia never said not to implement the Atishari plan because Serbia's government has consistently chosen this hypothetical phantom EU membership and everything it entails, over its own sovereignty.

Like I said, you must have a poor memory or.... There is no where in UNSC resolution 1244 where Serbia must agree to anything. As a matter of fact Milosevic pleaded with the UNSC not to pass 1244, and even their "brother" Russia voted for it. All documented in the transcripts of the proceedings.
EULEX made it known before taking control not after that they would be following the laws enacted by the Kosovo govt.
Now if you research the records you will find that Ban Ki Moon, worked with the Serbian govt to reach what was called the 6 point plan which simply stated there would be "talks" on 6 points in the future, no guarantee of actions. In his report he outlined the reconfiguration of UNMIK and the establishment of EULEX to the UNSC. The UNSC welcomed his report as they do at every session, they gave statements, there was no vote on the deployment of EULEX. It just happened.
Serbia insisted that EULEX be sanctioned by the UNSC, be status neutral, and not implement the Ahtisaari Plan. Which was mainly to appear to claim some win in the situation, but meant nothing. As the UNSC never officially voted but unanimously agreed in reaction to the deployment, the EU has OFFICIALLY claimed status neutrality as a group, and the Ahtisaari Plan was never part of the EULEX mandate.
Worth mentioning though is that in the report prior to any action it is noted that EULEX had already accelerated its deployment of personnel and equipment.

When asked why at the time when the KLA was kidnapping and murdering Serbs, Roma and 'disloyal' Albanians across Kosovo, the international community did nothing to prevent or at least investigate the crimes, despite the strong presence of NATO, UNMIK and ICTY investigators, Williamson replied that such were the circumstances at the time
=============================
Well, that explains it all doens't it.
The question was why and yo still haven't ansered that question. What were the circumastances.
Isn't it the job of an interviewer to get the person to answer the question? So why didn't this interviewere ask what circumstances he is talking about? His answer is really not an answer.

Serbia facing the bitter reality that EULEX was imminent, in a 11th hour attempt to save face, decided to welcome the EULEX mission into Kosovo. Serbia however insisted that EULEX use UNMIK laws but it was immediately released that the EULEX rule of law mission would use the laws established by the government of Kosovo as the sole basis for their mission(without ever saying that Kosovo was a state or province) I witnessed first hand as I was there.
(pss, 26 August 2014 14:53)

Hahaha, you were where exactly?! Clearly you do not remember the amount of pressuring that was placed on Serbia to allow EULEX to set up shop in its occupied southern province. There was no legal basis to replace UNMIK unless Serbia agreed. I was "there" too when Serbia chose to allow EULEX.

What EULEX did after is what slimy imperialistic lunatics do and that's go back on their position to be status neutral. They then went to try and help their radical allies in Pristina pretend to look like a real government.

But I mean who are we fooling here? South Sudan declared independence years after this monstrosity and received universal recognition in a matter of weeks. Project 2nd Albanian state is an utter disaster with EULEX or UNMIK present, doesn't matter. Still an impoverished, drug induced hell-hole.

Serbia had nothing to do with whether EULEX took over or not. Serbia said no, never, absolutely not.
Yet property had mostly changed hands, personnel had been hired or received transfer agreements, and the remaining UNMIK not retained in mission(about 50) or hired by EULEX, had plane tickets in hand, when Serbia learned that Russia would not/could not block the transfer of responsibility. The way it was done with the announcement that Eulex would be under the umbrella of the UNMIK mandate and the UNSC did NOT have to vote to approve the transition but they COULD vote to block it. All Russia had to do was to get a majority of votes and no vetoes from the permanent members. As expected there was never a vote for such put before the council. It would have been impartial if Serbia didn't allow UNMIK take a smaller role in Kosovo-Metohija for EULEX to operate there. ONLY Serbia had the authority to allow such a thing on its own province, which is why the West pressured Serbia so much to allow it. At least they weren't confused as to who's permission they needed.

Of course it wont be impartial because EU govts were directly supporting Albanian organ traffickers/radical Islamists. Why would the EU convict itself of supporting terrorism?

A few lambs will fall. The main terrorists will stay for as long as the occupation lasts.
