The Constitutional Court of Croatia ruled against a referendum on Cyrillic script, saying that the referendum question was not in line with the Constitution.

Well it was a good ride while it lasted for the homeless -err-- war veterans' campaign. They got a little more attention than they usually do for a few months. Too bad it was primarily negative publicity. And while I'm sure it gave all weekend Croats from Melbourne to Chicago a temporary thrill knowing it might actually be illegal to write Вуковар, someone in Zagreb remembered the glorious Domovina is in the EU now and standards of of modernity and civility need to be adhered to.
