No, first of all, you have to find evidence that crimes have happened. This was done. The KLA war crimes (like other war crimes) are not comparable to an ordinary murder where police finds a human body and then tries to find the killer.

Interesting point, other than the fact that he found evidence that it did occur but that with future investigations evidence would be found(he felt). Exactly what evidence could there possibly be without a victim, a perpetrator, receipient of the organs, location of the harvesting? Any witness would have to know at least some of this information. Otherwise all you have would be what was found before some bandages and syringes and IV tubing in a trash dump that could have been used by anyone for any purpose, such as treating wounded in a war zone, I am sure there were not any of them were there?

Completely izolated, since young&old would instantly leave.
Kosovo has no chance to for EU-Visa-liberalisation, its people though think they will be EU-member 'very soon', for already 15 years.
