Šešelj given three days to respond to conditions

Rather than demand a swift response from the accused, perhaps the ICTY should consider accelerating their own processes and finally publish a verdict in a case where closing arguments were presented more than two years ago.

A strong prima facie case can be made that the various ICTY organs (Registrar, Secretariat, Office of the Prosecutor, Trial Chambers, etc.) have engineered a Joint Criminal Enterprise in crimes against, and abuse of justice.

Hague is gitmo for seselj! Give the verdict that was reached in 2012 or just release unconditionally! A verdict was announced!

in an antipisation of a freeing verdict,

"I will start a New War"!.

In the next War in BosniaHerzegovina,
the Muslim will be crushed,
and the West will not interviene again on the behalf of the Muslims.

Those calling for a release of the verdict rendered already are missing the point, that verdict whatever it was is invalid as Seselj was successful in removing the one judge from the case that was more than likely in his corner. The new judge has to review 5-6 years of testimony before he can render an opinion. Another successful delay by the manipulation master. At this point there is NO verdict to release.

Think about it is wrong because the judge who was dismissed condemned not guilty verdicts as being political and strongly supported keeping finding people guilty. The Judges probably found him guilty but wont release the guilty verdict because one judge condenmed not guilty verdicts. This provides a major appeal opportunity and throwing the verdict out. So just think about needs to get the facts straight.

The point I was trying to get across is that at this point there is NO verdict and that is a fact. Now you can claim to know how this judge would have voted, but that is NOT a fact. A new judge has been appointed due to Seselj's objections, this is a fact. It will take a considerable amount of time for him to review the case this is a fact. When he is finished the tribunal will release a summary judgment based on the three, that is a fact.
As for my opinion, I think he is as guilty as they come but that is my opinion, my facts are there you just too wrapped up in yourself to actually see.
And I still have the opinion that the judge replaced was the most likely to be in his corner, but I did not say he WAS in his corner, that is an opinion like yours not a fact.

Think About It who stated "A new judge has been appointed due to Seselj's objections" is in fact wrong. The Judge was indeed dismissed and fired from the Tribunal, but Seselj like any other competent Jurist, claimed a mistrial and asked for a retrial or release. At no point did his objections request "a new judge be appointed". As a matter of fact, the appointment of a new Judge at this point in the proceedings is not supported by the rules and procedures of the ICTY itself. Seselj's objection to the appointment of a new Judge was rejected by the trial chamber last year and on Friday June 6th, the Appeals Chamber, with dissension, rejected the appeal.
The decision of the Appeal Chamber is laughable. No competent lawyer can argue against a mistrial in this case, as the argument defies the plainly obvious. Although I have no doubt that the ICTY Judges may one day repeal the Law of Gravity, objects will still fall to earth.
