Dr Seselj is a political prisoner. He is locked away to keep him away from Serbian politics. His prisoners are those who control the currently serbian political leadership and they don't want Seselj upsetting their control. If Seselj does not leave under these conditions, then he will leave in a coffin with no verdict issued. The BBC and CNN can be relied on to declare that "Seselj escaped justice." This evil Western court has evil western doctors working for them, so it should be no problem sending this troublesome Serb to a place where he can cause no more trouble.

Sorry Bam Bam, you don't get to complain about fascism or call anyone else fascists. You're an Ustasha loving American who desperately wants to be Croat. And that's the most pathetic thing anyone can be. Take your opinions and bury them in Bleiburg. No one cares what you think.

Seselj's brainwashed fascist chetnik warriors massacred thousands in the Balkans. The Vocin massacre was one that will be most rememebered. The Serb leadership very well know that if this animal is ever released back on Serbian soil, all the work the Serbs have done so far to move closer to E.U membership will evaporate. Why should people continue to suffer because of this animal. It is well documented that Seselj once said that he would love to gauge the eyes out of all Croats with rusty spoons. I can't believe that there are some Serbs that think this guy is a hero. For the sake of mankind this man should never be released into society again.

This comment is for Micahel Thomas. Obviously you have no understanding about the general concept of a conditional release.Conditional releases are not static. Authorities will grant leave based on adherence to conditions imposed on hum. They will become more liberal over time. If Seselj accepts their offer you will feel like a fool in 6 months time when he travels freely without any escort!

Actually I don't think it good that the trial has taken so long. So given that, I hope international law will learn from this for the future.

That said, the accused has been more than happy to drag out the process and show contempt.

I don't care about the man. He was part of the nasty process that invited (eventual) interventions.

I note that posters vote against my objection to the murders and ethnic cleansing. Says it all really. That us why I am more than happy to press your buttons and cause you further upset in addition to the disquiet that NATO, US, The Hague, etc.,(I have no love for Blair and Bush however!) have given you.

Serbia was hijacked by a mafia run by Milosevic, Seself and other cronies. If you support that, don't expect anything but disrespect from me. I love Serbia too much to give any respect to the s**t that that pathetic lot of selfish idiots dragged Serbia through.

Here we go again, Bob, the failed 'analyst' and NATO apologist, trying to justify keeping a man in court for 11 years with no verdict. Seselj never fired a shot and never killed anyone, unlike the NATO war criminals who bombed Serbian journalists, railways, bridges, power plants, markets, cigarette factories (aka 'military targets' ) used depleted uranium, cluster bombs in civilian areas...the list is too long for here. So, Bob, once again, you can take your NATO propaganda and shove it, Seselj has exposed the kangaroo court for what it is, a sham and a show trial, run by the NATO war criminals themselves, with the judges bought and paid for, whose only purpose is to whitewash NATO's war crimes and fabricate imaginary war crimes such as the ones against Seselj.
Anyone who is free and independent, like the Serbs, are clearly to be punished by these psychopaths in Washington/Brussels, as they set a bad example for all of NATO's pathetic satraps.
Bob's empire is crumbling and he clearly is frustrated, so frustrated that he resorts to blaming Slobo...lol. Bob, Slobo's probably responsible for climate change, right? You're pathetic, nothing's changed.

The only thing that would happen to the Serbian political landscape if Seselj got back into politics would be to split the already-split-into-5-parties romantic-nationalist vote and drain some votes from SNS
(Danilo, 25 June 2014 13:51)

Wow, you're giving Seselj a lot more credibility than most :) His party is washed up, his popularity is waning, and aside from what I can imagine is one or two mini rallies that would attract far right fringes and Zeitgeist kooks, I can't imagine he'd make that much of a dent on the electorate. I'd almost allow him to make a speech or two just to give him his 15 minutes before people turn back to watching Grand Show.

While I don't understand why they would do this, why not give a verdict and either release him or put him in a hole to rot for the rest of his life.
Either way, I do not see it happening, because the SNS leaders which control Serbia now never want him back as he would cause a huge split in their power base and possible restore the DS back in power.
But if either Serbia does not issue the guarantees, or he refuses to abide by the rules, as he has, then they are not going to release him.

11 years in a Democratic dungeon and even this fake court can find no reason to convict him. But they can’t bring themselves to release him either, so they want to send him to Serbia and let him become Serbia’s Prisoner of Conscience. If he is fool enough to accept this offer, then he will live under house arrest for the rest of his life with no freedom of movement or association. He can’t go to the shops or to visit family without police permission and without them following him. They will probably also ban him from any involvement in politics. It wouldn’t surprise me if they would also forbid him the use of a telephone or the Internet, which is how he has lived for 11 years. Western “Justice” is a farce.

At least Serbia has not elected warcriminals and maffiosos like albanians have in Kosovo. Haradinaj, Thaci, Limaj and other organ harvesters and drug lords are all elected officials. Electing such people into office says a lot about you albs.

If your so much more civilized then us serbs why haven't you joined the Eu yet? Your not even close while "undemocratic and genocidal" serbs are on the verge of joining and lightyears ahead of you albs when it comes to culture, sports, arts, education etc.

Well - ? -

This is wery interesting,
the Western court begin shuddering ?

They are scared he will Die in Prison,
without any guilty verdict,
and that would really seem very odd.
Seems as they anticipate an acquittal of acusations.

This is also a test of Serbias current politicians,
now they will shudder ?

Has anyone else noticed the similarities between Seselj and Oric?

Both are on record of gleefully killing and intimidating civilians on the other side,"

Really? You are ranking Seselj with Oric and you cannot even get your basic facts right? Exactly were is the record of Seselj killing civilians? Is this based on the usual ICTY third-hand hearsay or personally recorded on video like Oric's crimes?

oh, and sorry for misspeaking in my last post. I know that Seselj didn't kill anyone personally.

Well, one's being considered for temporary release and house arrest, while the other walks the streets of Sarajevo. Other than that, I don't recall if Seselj ever personally killed anyone like his comparative counterpart.

So now Bob 'loves' Serbia...lol Sure Bob, you love an obedient, subservient, bootlicking Serbia, that is done as she is told by outsiders, that's what you really mean isn't it? Any hint of freedom and independent thought, and bomb her to the stone age. That's basically the neocon philosophy which runs Washington, and you are one of those warmongers who will go down in history as total failures who pushed the US into unmanageable debt and caused its collapse. Good work! We will wait it out.
Cheers!!

Sorry Bam Bam, you don't get to complain about fascism or call anyone else fascists. You're an Ustasha loving American who desperately wants to be Croat. And that's the most pathetic thing anyone can be. Take your opinions and bury them in Bleiburg. No one cares what you think.
