Either way, I do not see it happening, because the SNS leaders which control Serbia now never want him back as he would cause a huge split in their power base and possible restore the DS back in power.

Well, one's being considered for temporary release and house arrest, while the other walks the streets of Sarajevo. Other than that, I don't recall if Seselj ever personally killed anyone like his comparative counterpart.

Authorities will grant leave based on adherence to conditions imposed on hum. They will become more liberal over time.
