What do you mean by "ours" and "yours"?

You might want to freshen-up that primitive ontology of yours. I'm part of any "we".

That's one of Goebbels' principles and it was pretty effective. But even Goebbels himself recognized that while a propaganda theme must be repeated, it should not be done beyond some point of diminishing effectiveness...

Yes that right diminishing effectiveness correctly sums you up – usless to the top. But these are US journalistrs not Serbian.

A very nice touch is having American journalists writing how they have seen evidence of the organ thefts etc and they are writing about them.
(sj, 23 June 2014 12:44)

I guess merely repeating allegations counts as evidence in some people's eyes.

Hey, these aren’t allegations on my part, but they do come from Americans who are your allies not ours so what good would it do them muddying up Albanian reputations? They confirmed the organ trade business and have written at length in the US media. Maybe they are tired of trying of sweeping dirt under the rug???

Yes, Ari. Thanks, but I know what sj was referring to.

I suggest you watch it again, more carefully this time.

"we heard stories", "they said". It's all just repeating stories. Unless animation and a spooky soundtrack constitutes evidence for you.

You would have to watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nUzdXoRH2H8#t=268

and then ask yourself why would these American journalists lie about all this. But FIRST, you would have not be a self- hating Serb/Tito's pioneer. So get that sorted first, open your mind and THEN watch. :)

It used to be Serbian police who was beating up albanian hooligans. Now albanian police is doing the same. I wonder when Pristina will start crying to the rest of the world begging for an intervention?

Most of the cops are former KLA. As a serb you all know what I think of them, but I won't say they are not commited. I won't say that they did not fight. I won't say that they are not trying to serve their "country". Yes many of them are criminals and jackals, but I admit that "Kosova" has been their life's work. I don't recognize their legitimacy, I denounce their crimes, but I can't ignore their commitment.

Now Albanian students are beating their police and vetrans with bottles and stones to show how patriotic they are. Its time for these people to do something constructive. The problem is the football goon mentality where the best way to show your pals what a great patriot you are is to drink 3 quarters of a liter of brandy, riot in the street one week and then clean yourself up and apply for government bennefits the next.

Grow up. Show some respect for your police and civil order if you expect others to respect your police and adhere to your government. Obviously the barriers are still a reasonable precaution as long as people insist on behaving like this.

An interesting statement who has constantly condemned the western press, so we now discover that if anything written supports the "sj"viewpoint it is meritorious anything that doesn't is state controlled propaganda.

If these "demonstrators" were that upset over the limits to freedom of movement, I wonder why they weren't "demonstrating" against the Albanian extremists in Djakovica this past Easter who prevented displaced Serbs from returning to visit their church and (what's left of the) graveyard?

I also wonder why they don't realize the two other bridges that span the Ibar east and west of it are, and have remained, open to pedestrian and vehicular traffic, and yet even without a "Peace Park" to "divide" northern Kosovo from the rest in both areas, Albanian authorities do not, and have not, entered?

Methinks the protesting against the limits of "freedom of movement" in the most democratic country in the galaxy is a bit one-sided and narrow minded. But if there's any rational to keep Albanians away from Serbs in the north, they (once again) "demonstrated" flawlessly why :)

Never trust a Serb politician to keep their word. They said the barricade would be removed and then they just pretended to remove it. Vucic went to Berlin and promised that to Merkel. Now, some noise is being made so that this 100th broken promise does not pass quietly like others before it.

Questioner

Who is surprised about these violent riots when Pristina politicians are sparking them instead of calming down the situation with moderate words?

What a sight. Albanian police throwing tear gas at Albanians and beating them. I just wonder what went wrong here in Albo paradise. Not enough jobs? Where are their allies? I can tell; you, they are too busy opening industry in Serbia proper while Kosova sinks into its own cesspool; who would invest with a criminal in charge such like as Thaci.
I have read many posts how Serbia was working to have Kosovo recognised as a state. What this plainly shows is that Serbs do what they want and where they want and Kosovo is neither independent nor is it free of Albanian gangsters.

"Two journalists were also hurt, while four official vehicles were torched, and so far five persons have been arrested, Albanian language media from Priština are reporting."

Five persons arrested? A good start, should be some dozens more of these violent nationalists sent to prison. And I can only hope they will sstay there for some years and not released again, as it is usual for violent hooligans arrested in Kosovo. Maybe this time it will be different because they stoned and torched Kosovo official vehicles and not only cars and buses owned by Serbs with Serbs traveling in them.

Comm. Parrisson

What a 'nice' response for removing the barricade. And a late confirmation that the barricade was needed to protect people against those violent Albanian extremists who seem to be sad and upset that the UCK terrorist group is not existing any more.

Ari Gold

It's strange. On one hand, Albanian ultra nationalists are violently rioting against their own police and international missions that protect their occupation and shouting "it's either them, or us" (in reference to Serbs living on Kosovo-Metohija. On the other hand, their keyboard nationalists brethren that make it a job to post daily on Serbian websites would have you believe that all is well in the stillborn, sorry newborn "state".

"Brandon" especially, according to him Serbia completely conceded everything and is working very hard to make Kosovo-Metohija into a state. Well it seems that not even that is working, because after 6 years there is no UN membership in sight. UN membership is what defines a state in this day and age.

And clearly your comrades in southern Mitrovica did not get the message that all is well in your blackhole paradise. Someone should go tell them so they can stop foaming at the mouth for more ethnic cleansing, murdering civilians, mass rape etc.
