Flood-damaged preschool receives EUR 30,000 donation

The preschool institution "Dečja Radost" ("Children's Joy") in Svilajnac has received a donation in the amount of EUR 30,000 from German company Muehlbauer.

"The restoration of the kindergarten takes a lot of resources, more than half a million euros..."

Well it's my understanding the the Novak Djokovic foundations has been collecting flood donations aimed towards repair of kindergartens and schools, so have any of the damaged schools received money from them yet?
Also, the Norwegian governments $2 million donation was mostly to go to education.
I am wondering were the money donated to the Novak Djokovic foundation as well as from the Norwegian government has been going - that's if it has been going anywhere yet.
