Mining and Energy Minister Aleksandar Antić has said there are "no plans to delay the building of the Serbian leg of the South Stream natural gas pipeline."
Doesn't really matter as Bulgaria has announced they were stopping construction and unless there is some magical way to get the oil from the Black Sea to Serbia then a finished pipeline across Serbia will be filled with air.
