You can put a suit on a pig, but its still a pig :-)

Its comon knowledge that albanians are the biggest crimanls and gangsters in the balkans and they fill up the prisons.
Its all about cleaning the trash.

Introduce Singapore-style caning for serious criminal offences, give the inmate an option, 4 years in jail or 3 years with 6 strikes of the cane.
