Now, if a Brit telling anyone about neo-colonialism isn't humorous enough, he has to pretend like he knows what goes on in the mind of the Russian president. lol
(Ari Gold, 27 February 2014 20:59)

When was the last time the UK extended it's borders by military force? Before your time Ari. When was the last time Russia extended it's borders by military force? 2008!

Russia is the only country I can think of at present which practices neo-colonialism.

Ah Ian i see your at it again beleiving all the BS the BBC and western media are saying! Just one problem a lot of these Russians have Russian passport and citizenship, which means if Putin feels his people are in danger he will take action! And we know he will Ukraine needs to be careful here, as it may end up like another Georgia saber rattling, then the Great Russian Bear giving it a good kicking leaving Georgia loosing land and face!
(NjegosUK, 28 February 2014 01:32)

Please give one example of something I've said, which the BBC or Western Media have said.

I look forwards to your response because you're going to struggle!

If anyone is regurgitating media, it is these sheep on here, repeating what Russia Today has been saying and that how that all Ukrainians are "fascists".

Ah yes, the enlightened liberal Westerner coming back to shed light on what's going on in Ukraine. He knows what Putin's thinking because all the big shots come to him to debrief him on the situation.

And you know, Putin then cloned thousands of himself to live in Eastern Ukraine (which was given to Ukraine by the communists) and now all these Putin clones who shouldn't have a say over their own futures are starting trouble!...Now, if a Brit telling anyone about neo-colonialism isn't humorous enough, he has to pretend like he knows what goes on in the mind of the Russian president. lol

I believe that Putin is following the western blueprint for kosovo. Both in Georgia and now the Ukraine. I am truly amazed by the west's reaction.

Putting Kosovo's independence more and more into (Russian) concrete. Go ahead.. :-)

Ok, I guess you mean that Putin will now be a supporter of Kosovo independence... Not sure we'll hear anymore from Serbs about "Russia's principled position in regards to Kosovo" :)

Things run even worse than you suppose. Some armed men have seized the Crimean parliament and other government buildings. Something tells me those are Chechens with Ramzan Kdirov at the command. Let’s wait. Another thing to disappoint you is that the legal President Yanukovich came to Moscow. Also Russia is embracing the Ukraine from all four sides. Our troops in Transdniestria are enforced to cut off the supply roots of the Nazi. So this week for you no good news will come from the Ukraine. If Maidan sends it’s bandits there you will see how Alfa and other Russian special forces work. Take care yourself.

Putin's nationalist neo-colonial plan is rather simple:

Step 1: Agitate the ethnic Russians in Ukraine by brainwashing them through the media that "fascists" are out to get them.
Step 2: Mobilise the ethnic Russians in Ukraine to protest and take to the streets.
Step 3: Use the media to victimise the ethnic Russians from so-called "fascists" which is a load of BS.
Step 4: Send in the Russian army to "protect" the "victimised ethnic Russians" from the so-called "fascists".
Step 5: Murder a load of Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars.
Step 6: Annex Eastern Ukraine and Crimea.
Step 7: Block everything in the UN.

If Ukraine is to be divided into two, I hope it is done peacefully and without bloodshed. I also hope Putin takes into account the views of the Crimean Tatars who have lived in Crimea centuries before the Russian Empire annexed it in 1783. They deserve their own State on part of the Peninsula. But Putin only cares for what he wants and Putin wants to extend his territory and he is thirsty for more blood.

The towns and districts in the south and east of the country exist in a strange political vacuum; the discredited Yanukovych government has fallen and nothing has taken its place. If nothing is done, then armed thugs from western Ukraine will come and take over government buildings and replace police and civil servants with their own people. To prevent this, the pro-Russian population should seize all towns and oblasts in the south and east of the country (not just Crimea) and declare a state of emergency. Political agitators should be arrested and interned and road and rail links with the territories controlled by the putsch should be cut. Rogue elements in the police and army must be purged and the reconstructed armed forces should be given orders to protect free-Ukraine from the Washington and EU financed mercenary forces who have seized Kiev. Hopefully this action in just the first step in restoring Ukrainian independence and evicting western-backed thugs.
