The conversation between the President of the parties should be constructive and detailed, based on the problems and issues that could contribute to a common economic development and prosperity among the people who are respected and valued, although geographically properly rasodeljen.
I didn't realise that there were any Bosniaks left in Bijeljina. I thought Arkan and his mates cleared them all out.

They came over from the Federation. It was a brutal war, Bosniaks were cleansed as were Serbs. In Sarajevo, Gorazde, Jajce etc. Of course a raging Serbophobe such as yourself and the "progressive" Ian who comes on here are only concerned with crimes if the victims are not Serbian. Oh well, these protests were Germany's making anyway. To try and get Republika Srspka to join in. But no one did and you failed.

Whether you like it or not, Serbian stability is a major factor in the region. Serbia and the rest of Europe (not just the EU!) must take care to ensure that the troubles facing the Bosnian Federation entity do not lap over to the RS. The last thing which Europe needs in this region is an expansion of the chaotic conditions already prevelent in areas such as the FBiH or occupied Kosovo.
