let's say it's some criminals who are sent to prison for a long time for serious crimes they are individually criminally responsible for. Serbs should not feel bad about it. It's not Serbia that is being punished. Most of the Serbs had nothing to do with the crimes that were committed.

The Hague in a way is telling us crimes pay off. Maybe we should start going after Kosovo Serbs and lets see what will they do.

You're mistaken. Scum bags go to jail to pay for their crimes. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.
