The government's Opening Statement says its goal is for the country to be fully prepared to take on the obligations of the EU membership by the end of 2018.

"Kosovo should set that date as their UN admission date goal. With Serbia's completion of all EU requirements there will no longer be any reason for Russia or China to oppose Kosovo membership.

Hi, "just a note" ! You`ve just missed the point. It is not trading. Tell me, who has ever said that Serbia would leave Kosovo for EU membership? China and Russia always support Serbia, don`t forget.

Kosovo should set that date as their UN admission date goal. With Serbia's completion of all EU requirements there will no longer be any reason for Russia or China to oppose Kosovo membership.
