Genocide lawsuits hearings start on March 3

The hearing before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague in the case of Croatia's genocide lawsuit and Serbia's countersuit begins on March 3.

Pretty boring to read if you are not a lawyer. There are some judgements regarding whether the court has jurisdiction or not. Judges are not unanimous.

If the trial proceeds then there will be someone ending up feeling treated unjustly. The trial will do nothing for reconcilliation (if that ever will happen anyway).
