Is this fool seriously prepared to be part of the coallition which bombs Serbia next time if situation arises? Does he not remember the time when NATO did this? If he is prepared to go against his own brethren then he is not fit to lead in any way.
I think Montenegrins sould settle this issue now before they dig a deepr hole for themselves.

Whatever happened in Montenegro is irrelevant to where their future lies. Montenegro has done more since their independence than Serbia has in 100 years. Montenegro moves forward while Serbia moves backwards. Montenegro has nothing to do with Serbia. Stop worrying about it. Worry about your own cesspool of a country. Montenegro and Serbia are not connected to Serbia anymore. Period. Time to move on fools. Keep dwelling on the past and you will end up like the Greeks. You're almost there actually.

Thankfully, most Montenegrins do not consider themselves to be brothers with the Serbs. Montenegrins look forward to and gladly welcome NATO membership. There is no evidence to support that weapons with D.U. were used by NATO in Montenegro.

depleted Uranium was NEVER used in Montenegro. A10 Thunderbolts never flew in Montenegro. As a matter of fact, NATO gave Montenegro advanced notice that they were going to bomb certain early warning radars and to evacuate. One of those radars was near Ulcinj. Most of the depleted uranium that was used in Kosova was in Serbian areas where the Chetnik tanks and APC's would hide. So, the majority of the fallout is in Serbian areas. And for the unfortunate few Albanians exposed to it....nobody said freedom was free. Have your passports ready when you come to The Independant Republic of Kosova! It took a couple of years to reach this point. It will only get better and better for the Albanians. Kosovars thank Serbia and it's people for beig such poor fighters that they now sit on the other side of the border.

Captain America said "depleted Uranium was NEVER used in Montenegro. A10 Thunderbolts never flew in Montenegro."

You are WRONG!

Cape Arza on the Adriatic shore got hit with 300 depleted uranium penetator bullets fired by A-10 Thunderbolt NATO airplanes during two attacks on May 29 and May 30, 1999.

I take it you are sitting on your arse in America and not Kosovo. Easy for you to say,"And for the unfortunate few Albanians exposed to it....nobody said freedom was free."

You are ignorant about DU.

Regardless of their ethnicity, all are victims - radiation dust is nondiscriminatory.

Most of the villages and cities including Pristina, Prizren and Pec are located within 15 miles of some of the 72 DU target sites in Kosovo.
There was little to no professional decontamination done in Kosovo. The people just built over the contaminated sites.

It has been discovered, in Chernobyl, that fungus (like micro-organism such as yeasts and molds) use radiation as its only source for growth.

In 2010, a truck carrying scrap metal from Kosovo triggered a radiation alarm at a border crossing and the truck was denied entry into the F.Y.R.O.M.

The Kosovo civilians are among the main victims of DU.

The biggest radiation is in Kosmet so actually albans are getting the biggest intake of radiation on a daily basis but that is kept secret. Lots of birth defects and cancers. That's your present from nato death machine.

Captain America,

You made a complete fool of yourself with your stupid hateful comments.

NATO used DU in Montenegro, BiH, Serbia and Kosovo.

High rates of blood cancers were reported in UN peacekeepers who were stationed in the Balkans.

Fallout has been recorded in countries that border the former Yugoslavia.

People living in Kosovo are among the main victims of DU radiation.

So,Captain America, you say "the Serbias for all to inhale! Take a deeeeeep breath! isn't the air FRESH!"

The cruelty that you wish for other human beings is happening to those you care about in Kosovo.

"NO ALTERNATIVE"MR.Luksic stated that Goverbnent of Montenegro will try to explain to Montenegro public benefits of NATO membership. At present NATO is engaged in Western post colonial wars and that will from all indications continue.Mr. Luksic should fully explain NATO'S potential conflict with Russia and Montenegro position on it.Furthermore, should fully explain cost of purchasing and maintenance of NATO military hardware. As a member of any military alliance Montenegro would be obligated to send their soldiers to fight wars on foreign ground.

In the bigger picture this has more to do with Serbia and Russia than with Montenegro. You encircle Serbia with NATO member countries there for Russia can't help because you can't use the airspace that belongs to NATO member countries.
You control the Adriatic with NATO member countries and so on and so on.
Montenegro is just a pawn in the bigger picture of the cold war that never really ended. 77ene
