Lower import duties for EU goods as of 2014

All preferential EU origin products, with the exception of certain agricultural products, will be imported into Serbia free of customs duty starting from 2014.

It would be interesting to be clearer about this:
Serbia collects less money for the state budget than before.
Prices for the customer will NOT be cheaper, they will stay the same in a first time before going up.
Bottom line: citizens loose twice!
This measure could be good for exports, but Serbia is not a big exporter and hardly has any industry left over(even less after some bombing)to produce something that can be exported.
Germany IS producer and exporter while Serbia is being oriented by the EU to be service provider and agricultural producer.
It would be crazy to play Serbia's future on this card!
