What I thought he was already dead or near death. I guess he is holding on to get a present from Santa Clause. A lamp of coal of high intensity heat to see how hot hell will be for him not even close.

There are more chance of your paedophile protecting John Paul 11 being next to the furnace than Seselj.

Seselj innocent?
Yes, so was Milosevic, Karadzic, Mladic, Hadzic, Sadaam, Hitler, Stalin, etc.
(cry me a river, 20 December 2013 20:23)

Where is the evidence? You do know what that is?

well, in case you forgot, a person is legally innocent until proven guilty. Seselj has not been convicted by the court to date for his alleged war crimes.

And you are right, ironically, in your sarcasm as far as some of those whom you listed are concerned. -- however much this should upset you -- I'm only aware that Saddam had been found guilty by an Iraqi court and executed -- guys like Milosevic, Hitler and Stalin remain legally innocent because they were never convicted.

"Information about the health of the accused is confidential and cannot be disclosed without the consent of the accused." This is the customary response of the court to questions about the health of the persons persons in its custody.

As it is the customary response for any medical institute or hospital. How can anyone with a sane mind expect doctors or someone else to reveal personal information about the health of a patient to the press?

His personal health details are private and confidential information, it is not for the Hague Tribunal to disclose. If Seselj wants this information made public, he should do it himself or ...his legal team.

Yes right!!! Thanks Ian for pointing this basic human right to B92.
But pointing to Balkanese people, especially those of Russian origin, basic principles of human rights is similar like trying to teach a dog mathematics or mechanics or something like that. They just do not get it!
Ok, let me be honest, since is Christmas, Albanians do not score much higher either!!

Ian thanks for posting and enriching the B92 site, and marry Christmas to you and others.

albanians commenting here must be careful

Because the more they try to play smart by attacking Seselj, the more liked he becomes for the rest of us.

Seselj is innocent till otherwise proven. So far, the "court" has found nothing but gossip. How long will they keep an innocent man in prison?

This kangaroo court, which is an insult to us kangaroos, should be dissolved immediately

Unfortunately, Russia (which could do the above) disagrees with you.

His personal health details are private and confidential information, it is not for the Hague Tribunal to disclose; if the Hague were to make this information public, they could be sued.

The NATO court could just get someone else to release it and then do nothing about it. Check -> http://www.b92.net/eng/news/crimes.php?yyyy=2011&mm=07&dd=19&nav_id=75520

It is a dirty dirty political farce.

Scandalous treatment of an innocent man who's not been found guilty of anything. If it were some US/EU-born drug smuggler on trail for 10 years for something they may or may not have done, with no verdict reached, Amnesty International would be crawling all over the place. This kangaroo court, which is an insult to us kangaroos, should be dissolved immediately, and A.Int. should hang their head in shame for not being more proactive against it. The current Serbian government isn't keen for him to be released either as their chances of re-election would evaporate and the great EU sell-out would be bought to a halt. Maybe this is the real reason for the prevarication and fudging ???

I don't think they worry about being sued.
They have held a (so far) innocent man for 10 years.
Telling someone if he is ill or not won't worry them.
