yep, you are right. how many jews are flying to serbia and vice versa?

I would guess that this flight (along with many of Air Serbia's new offerings) is mostly going after transfer passengers, growing Belgrade's presence as a transport hub, creating and developing this market. Good strategy.

I see more and more soup kitchen opening doors in Croatia. If you could somehow package your BS and sell it you would be able to pay off Croatia’s debt.
Even Milanovic got sick of propaganda and told his Minister for tourism to stop counting people who only pass through Croatia as tourists.
That is all you have 3 months per year of tourism, nothing else.

This new breath of life into Jat/Air Serbia is the best news that's happened to Serbia in years.

I see Serbia is trying with its Muslim Arab Abdula the odd couple to challenge Croatia's dominance in those routes. First routes in "new" Serb airlines to Prague, Ljubljana and now Tel-Aviv. Over a million each Czech and Slovenians vacation in Croatia every year and growing at a excellent clip. Also to Israel that Croatian and Israel airlines serve each other country's with excellent numbers. On a another losing idea Serbia why I'm not surprised.
