Would you please describe what efforts the Serbs are making in trying to come up with a solution. Please be specific and give concrete examples.

Not "Serbs" but traitors in the "Serbian government". No self-respecting patriot would sell a piece of his territory for some stupid date in a stupid club. The invitation of EULEX, the customs agreement, the border agreement, and now the Brussels agreement are all specific and concrete examples of "solutions"... so why are you Albanians complaining? You are getting everything you want little by little.

At the talks in Brussels, the only one who маке effort and trying to come up with solutions are Serbs. On the other hand, what contracts to, that will be respect. For the Albanian side, that might not say. EULEX is the guarantor of peace and stability, but they are also responsible if they do not respond to breach of the agreement which already signed. Given the implementation of the Brussels agreement, we can expect the first intergovernmental conference on December 20, but this is less realistic. Otherwise, January 21 is certain. Better ever, than never.
