Judge defends decision to let Mišković leave country

Judge Vladimir Vučinić has said that he strictly adhered to the law when he decided that Miroslav Mišković would have his passport "temporarily returned."

It is really scandalous court decision to allow Miskovic trip in London. If anyone from the Government would commented on this decision,the party leaders from the opposition and NGOs will tell not to respect the independence of the judiciary. Are judges having responsibility?
