Whether it be the truth or not is beyond anyone to answer 100%, would it be the first time something like this would be attempted or planned?

Jamie Shea : As you know, without NATO countries there would be no International Court of Justice, nor would there be any International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia because NATO countries are in the forefront of those who have established these two tribunals, who fund these tribunals and who support on a daily basis their activities.

In other words, this so-called court is just a tool NATO uses to justify the removal of those resisting their attempted global dominance. I am glad to say it is a very expensive failure.

Well, you confuse words with actions. Jamie (or his masters), for all his words, did not have the power to create a Court. But Russia, which did have the power, proposed the Court, approved it and approved all the judges who are at the Court. Without Russia's proposal and approval this Court would have never been there. So this is, indeed, a Russia Court as demonstrated by Russia's actions. And Russia, we're told, is a great friend of Serbia, so Serbs have nothing to worry regarding a Russia Court.

Consider the charges against Tymeshenko. She is charged with corruption and what is supposed to make her guilty is that she made decisions that were contrary to the interests of Ukraine. They won't even cite any laws that she is supposed to have broken and that is the only legal currency for charges of corruption. Anything else is a political accusation.
(Paul, 21 November 2013 21:59)

Nope. It's a damning indictment of what passes for journalism in the west when they have their favorites to support and they deliberately ignore facts that don't support their politically colored view of the case.

From a recent blog post I saw (cannot find at the moment) part 1:

"the Ukrainian government went to the trouble of hiring an American law firm, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, to audit the Ukrainian case files and court documents ( http://www.tymoshenkocase.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/The_Tymoshenko_Case_Skadden.pdf )and render a judgment as to whether there had been legal irregularities in the procedure. The firm found minor procedural missteps (like they always do, no case is perfect), but agreed the case against Tymoshenko was substantial and the charges responded to actual criminal responsibility. The case files are here ( http://www.thetymoshenkocase.com/category/case-files/ ), detailing the structure of the Tymoshenko case as well as the American money-laundering case against her former partner, Pavel Lazarenko.

USA "dissapointed" they said...

..i smell sore loosers. Since when where these anglo-american colonialists in a country build upon the bones of 50 million genocided natives on an entirely different continent, members of the €USSR?

Russia, BRICS and the rest of the free world knows of course, because it dictates the policy of said union as it does NATO.

Well, tough luck! And effectively check mated by Mighty Vlad and mother Russia again! Ukraine is as desirable to the sinking €U-Titanic as a block of concrete around her neck, as Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Portugal,Spain and soon France. It has nothing to offer Ukraine and certainly not what Ukraine need right now, hard cash. Russia does.

Russia IS Ukraine and Ukraine is Russia, inseparable. Brzezinski the Pole lost (they always do) the quest of twisting Ukraine out of the hands of Russia and will now have to deal with it, not a "Russian Empire" as his followers has it, but a stronger adversary who is protecting it´s own interests, not those of USA/israel. We can expect yet another round of colour coded revolution attempts in Ukraine, harsh and desperate rhetoric and even sanctions further ahead, but the game is lost. The sooner they realizes that the better.

The difference between the war crimes trials at Nuremberg and the trials at the ICTY is significant. The legal standards at Nuremberg were very high, the legal standards at the ICTY are some of the worse in the world. It is clearly nothing more than a sideshow to abuse and humiliate Serbs. To call the ICTY a NATO court is not a significant error. You might say that NATO was an enforcer of the ICTY had the ICTY not existed after NATO bombed Serbia. But wasn't it NATO collecting Serbians to be locked up in the Hague?

Consider the charges against Tymeshenko. She is charged with corruption and what is supposed to make her guilty is that she made decisions that were contrary to the interests of Ukraine. LOL! I'll be the first to admit that the Ukrainian courts are politically motivated but to deny that the NATO court is not is simple foolishness. Not even they know what is their "truth" as they keep changing it to suit their own political agenda. In that process, they have lost all credibility and Serbs are at the forefront of exposing that farce. Check -> http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-22941857

What I am talking about is the shift in global power, which is in Serbia's favour (i.e. not in the favour of the current government). When you become all logical, mechanical and academic about your agenda, you will lose the hearts and minds of the people. So when Erdogan said "Kosovahhh* is Turkey", I think he has a point. You know what I mean. ;)

Timoshenko is just a pretext. The stakes are much higher – the southern Russia also known as the Ukraine. So the first round Russia has knocked down EU backed by the USA and Ustasha Lenard. Lets wait until November 29 when the cup final starts in Vilnius. That day the Malorussians will make their choice. Either they stick us or they will try to leave us. But in any case it will be the choice of the elites. Russia won’t stop the struggle in any case. Even if we have to build two other Streams or take the risk of a new cold war. By now we are taking the upper hand.

After all this bluff and counter bluff, the Ukraine has called the EU's bluff first.

Expect lots of squealing from the EU and acolytes. Will they actually do anything beyond symbolic? Very doubtful. The EU's bullyboy tactics (that work on Serbia) can only work so far before they backfire and turn in to a PR disaster for its image, not that anyone would be surprised.

LOL! This is exactly what the NATO court in the Hague has been up to against Serbs for decades. It denied Milosevic life saving heart treatment in Russia and as we all know, he ended up dying. What we can see now is a shift in power. EU influence is fading and the truth will come out.
