The (DSS) party and the right-wing movement Naši said on Sunday that "the forces of the official political agenda" were behind incidents in northern Kosovo.

Linking the DSS with Nasi is absurd. That is not to say I agree with the DSS statement. If they make a charge like that, they should offer evidence. Without evidence, this is just political drama and more complaints without function or purpose. I have respect for Kostunica and Samardzic and the DSS but he should consider the direction of his party.

By triumphant statements of Marko Jaksic and Samardzic after election day and their talk of "victory" of the boycott, the shadow of doubt of the incidents fall on the DSS. In my opinion, more important is the statement of Jakšić that Serbian gendarmerie has participated in the riots. That kind of application can cause enormous damage to the Serbian state and its position in the international community.

Balkan Anthropologist, 4 November 2013 16:18 Dont those heavenly people head back to Ravna Gora http://www.bosnjaci.net/foto/350_ravna_gora-cetnici.jpg to celebrate and be blessed as demented living saints by the Serbian Orthodoxlogical made up religiosity's. When will Serbs grow up they used the same criminal tactics in the 1990's. We all know how the Serb infamous notoriety turned out for Serbs/Serbia. Always on the losing trajectory the "heavenly" delusional self made martyrs the Serbs.

"We condemn those actions most severely and ask in whose interest it is to destroy the results of the elections. Certainly, it is in the interest of those dark forces of our official political agenda ...." Samardžić said.

Yes, he's right. But the 'dark forces' are the Nazi ... oops, Nasi extremists, and DSS is not much different with their political agenda.

The turnout was around 20-30%. Not bad for a first time.

Not bad, but far from Kosovo standards! In this lighthouse of democracy and fair elections, it's not unusual when 130% of the voters vote, and 115% for Thaci.

Usually, the first kid who says "I didn't do it" did it. Of course, Samardzic and the DSS and their friends are responsible for the violence. It is business as usual for them.

LOL what boycott? They managed to upset a few polling stations in Kosovska Mitrovica, while elections went smoothly south of the Ibar, where Serbs voted for -- wait for it -- the "Srpska" initiative, giving themselves internationally recognized and supported authority to maintain close ties with Belgrade while building their own political base with Brussels. Congratulations to them!

As far as the north is concerned, these Obrazi, Dveri, and other hooligans for hire are a real lot. They travel to Kosovo from Serbia Proper claiming to be defending a land they don't live in and a people they don't know. They threaten the local population, claim "victory" for obstructing a few Serbs from voting, while not having the cajones to go into Albanian neighborhoods and stop them, and then go back to Sumadija to celebrate. And all the while Pristina is saying they'll arrest anyone suspected of making "political and provocative" statements in "their" territory, these guys basically have VIP status crossing the "border". What a farce!

Instead of participating in the elections, which would have given DSS its first legitimate win in years, they chose to get in the way and piss everyone off. So the north is placed in electoral limbo until new elections can be arranged. Nothing more than a delaying tactic.

I read in B92 Serbian side people claiming Gandamarie in civilian clothing broke the boxes. I hope world once and for all sees what it to deal with north

Maybe Brussels will demand that the elections in the north are repeated until the 'right results'* as they couldn't possibly have citizens democratic rights being more important that the democracy dictated from Brussels.

Agree with the DSS here. Reading Western media and also B92, blaming hooligans and attempting to link DSS with Nasi is another cheap stunt.

The residents of K.Mitro have every right to protest against this fake election. Calling legitimate protesters hooligans is where the deception becomes obvious and then when the DSS reveals the deception, B92 have to link them to Nasi, so that it looks less credible.

The boycott was a success! Another win for the DSS and more agony for the occupation, their servants in Belgrade and their propaganda machine (aka B92).

According to a Tanjug report, the Naši movement " even claim that they know who led the attacks on the polling stations."

Well, if they do know the perpetrators, then it should be quite easy for the government of Serbia to prosecute these hooligans!
