Well, Kosovo is part of Serbia if you don't accept the 'declaration of independece'
(Comm. Parrisson, 29 October 2013 06:31)
of course, as it is not part of Serbia if you accept the 'declaration of independece'...
----------
which was unilaterally made by an ethnic minority on the soil of a recognized UN member state
(Comm. Parrisson, 29 October 2013 06:31)
yes, in accordance with international law... So what's the problem ?
----------
and which surely cannot be seen as the mutually agreed permanent solution for Kosovo
(Comm. Parrisson, 29 October 2013 06:31)
Of course, it was not mutually agreed, but was still in accordance with international law
----------
mentioned in UN1244.
(Comm. Parrisson, 29 October 2013 06:31)
