Ian UK I respect your thoughts but seriously no how reliable are Yugoslav resources when this nation, created solely for Slavs on parts of indigenous Shqiptare land, could it be?

The point is Serbs allege Enver Hoxha planted or transfered all the Albanians into Kosova without Belgrade knowing somehow and that's why magicly Albanians came to be .

Sort of like when Serbs ethnicly cleansed one million Kosovar in 1998/99 BUT ACCORDING TO "YUGOSLAV/SERB/TANJUG REPORTS IT REALY WAS A CIA/HOLLYWOOD POLITICAL STUNT."

One million paid Albanian actors crossing the border ilegaly on a picnic..............

NEVER TRUST SLAVS PROPAGANDA........

And if, on the other hand, all the 'imported' Albanian settlers (including their offsprings) who only came to Kosovo during the decades of the Hodxa regime in Albania would not be able to vote, the Kosovarian voters and population would only be less than half the number.

All Yugoslav censuses dating back to 1921 say otherwise.

Yugoslav sources state that around 40,000 to 50,000 Albanians left Albania for Kosovo during Albania's Communist period of self-isolation. Census figures are in line with these estimations.

Did you mixed up something and mean: They can return anytime, but they have to keep in mind that they could become a victim of ethnically motivated crimes (stoning, burglary, attacks) easily and that their property might be usurped, stolen, looted or vandalized by Albanians?

"Out of this 32,000 which are all War Crimes suspects all must be investigated and if they can prove ,document proof from Kosovar Govenment that they lived in Kosova BEFORE Milosevic illegaly revoked Autonomy in 1989 and not just planted imported Slav Serb settlers on occupied land leftovers ,then they must be able to vote. I have my original Kosovar-Serb estimate confimed by the PM of Serbia.

I put their numbers at 60,000 in all of INDEPENDENT KOSOVA.

From that family unit of man, women and one child I reason that about 40,000 Kosovar-Serbs are able to register and vote.Official Serb government put them at 32,000.I was being generous :)

Their numbers actually DON'T MATTER SINCE WE ALREADY GUARENTEED THEM 20 SEATS IN KOSOVA'S PARLIAMENT.
