As Dacic is from Kosovo he is not foreign. Thaci even said he could have citizenship! so how is he foreign in Kosovo when its 'government' considers him a citizen?

Pay Pal? I forgot that existed, I haven't used it in years. This is 2013 mate, there are more efficient, safer and faster ways when buying things online. You need to catch up, times have moved on. I bet you're still on dial-up Internet!

Look Bub, I'm trying to teach you how you can financially maximize your time spent googling information, and
what do you do? You attack me. You do often state here that you frequently travel and have expensive tastes including good cigars--a real Epicurian!
As you already know, K-Albanians pay very handsomely for most recognitions and to foreign outfits and individuals who write and say nice things about them--especially the ones that defend the criminal organ harvesters like you do. I figure since you often post your Myspace link, for whatever reasons, why not also post the two that I've suggested. Try it and you just might be thanking ye olde Tex when them big Albo donations
start rolling like dogies. Some of them are known to be real free with their money and gifts with those they want to suck up to; what do you think old blood-thirsty and blood money-hungry scavenging war criminals like Albright, Clark, and Blair are doing over there?

Any agreement with Pristina should have verification signature and language interpretation agreeable by Beograd,Pristina and Brussels.
Serbia should be aware of the fact, Brussels would like to use multiple interpretation so they can legally coerce you in agreeing to something you never had intention of doing so.Gentlemen be careful.

the only reason Dacic and company want to go to Kosovo is to mingle in internal Kosovo politics. They want to show the world that this is still part of Serbia and they can do there whatever they want to. Ian is completly right in what he says. It is not common anywhere in the world that foreign politicians get involved in election campaigns in other countries, unless they are invited and it doesn't cause any problems. But that is definitly not the case with Dacic and the the rest of the political 'elite' from Belgrade. Serb politicians have nothing lost in the local election campaign in Kosovo.

Serbian politicians get what they deserve. They are the worst scoundrels of the region heck maybe the world. They come to the country of Bosnia like they own it their private fiefdom. Say nonsense like the Drina river between Serbia and Bosnia is not the border. The Croatian city of Vukovar on the Danube is Serbian that they destroyed. No wonder Serbs make enemy's every where and Greater Belgrade Serbia politicians stoke the fires of criminal wars. 96% of the indicted war criminals are Serbs and thousands still run around in "Srpska" and Serbia at all levels of "goverment". When their outright Serb fascism of criminal murderous expansion wars on civilians gets beaten. Then they switch gears and say democracy human rites for Serbs the only one you deserve is the one that you gave to others. Just more Serb subterfuge when they are the proverbial trouble makers of the region and the common denominator of all the troubles of the region. Serbia still owns billions for all their criminality destruction ,murder ,theft in the other country's. Priština’s goal is that certain Serb lists that enjoy its support get more votes, so that Priština could control the Community of Serb municipalities after the elections, Drecun said.

Come on, Kosovo politicians don't need that. They simply fake ballots, manipulate voter lists, threat voters, and Thaci's party will be elected by 115% of the voters in Northern Kosovo.

Don't you know how 'fair' elections look like in the democratic, multi-ethnic mafia state of Kosovo?

Ian, UK

@Ian

Even in your (adopted) country, Politicians still gather in town centres and parties carry out door to door canvassing.
To say it should all be done in the media is unrealistic.
Face to face is how it should be.
By not allowing a politician to carry out a fair campaign is showing fear.
(john, 3 October 2013 12:33)

Local politicians standing for election in the Community of Serb Municipalities are able to canvass door-to-door like politicians do in the UK. No-one is stopping them from doing so. Foreign politicians have been stopped from entering Kosovo to make sure the election campaign is fair and equal. These foreign politicians have been stopped from entering Kosovo to stop them from interfering and abusing the local elections for self serving political purposes. Correct me if I'm wrong, but when was the last time a foreign politician came to the UK to interfere at election time? I don't ever recall this happening.

My adopted country? Where is my birth country then? Here on B92 I've been accused of being a Croat, Albanian, Macedonian, Bulgarian and Bosniak. What am I?

This is brilliant, look at them having a bitch fit and now trying to blame Pristina for undermining the agreement. No where in the agreement does it say that Pristina must allow Serbian officials into Kosovo.

"expect Belgrade to encourage the Serbian people in KiM to turn out and vote in massive numbers, but the question is how it is to be done if there is a ban on Serbian officials visiting the province. “One is incompatible with the other. Belgrade officials cannot do what is expected of them,” "

This is the 21st Century. There is technology out there. News, media, Internet, TV, newspapers ect. You don't physically have to talk to someone in person to deliver a message these day. It is marvellous how technology has moved on these days!

Pristina has not violated agreement, the Community of Serb Municipalities is going ahead per the agreement. It isn't required for Serbian Officials to visit Kosovo for the Community of Serb Municipalities to be formed.

winston

I have always been of the opinion that the current political leaders in Serbia are the wrong individuals to be the ones holding direct talks with Pristina. Pristina remembers very well who these individuals are, that they sat next to Milosevic during the Kosovo wars, and what their actions were. It would have been far wiser to have Serbian representatives, that do not carry the face of the war with them, do the negotiating - like Stefanovic in the previous Belgrade government. Personally, I wouldn't allow Ivica Dacic in Serbia - I side with Pristina on this one.
