They both "hope that Priština will do everything possible to enable the Serbs in Kosovo and those internally displaced to turn out in massive numbers and vote for their representatives," Tanjug reported.

Initially he was against Brussel agreement about elections, and now he is hopping K-Serbs will vote in masses! He actually resigned and than came back like kukavica.
During their meeting in Belgrade, the Serbian minister without portfolio in charge of Kosovo and Metohija informed Kamsvag about the energy and telecommunications agreements reached between Belgrade and Priština in the latest round of the dialogue in Brussels, the Government Office for Kosovo, also headed by Vulin, said in a release.
