Exhibition of art inspired by Tesla opens in Belgrade

Tesla's name should not be used for anything other than for the great scientist that he was and to now, after so many years, give him credit and honor him for his inventions. His name should not be used to clear up Serbia's tarnished image as he had nothing to do with Serbia's image. It is disrespectful.

Nikola Tesla was a great scientist and inventor, which all human kind enjoy his fruits. We are all grateful for that. Nowadays, Serbs try to portray Tesla in line with Rankovic,Cubrillovic, Milloshevic, etc.... Shame on you! Anyway, he was born a Serb, but became an American citizen by choice and that is where he succeeded and not in Serbia. If he knew what Serbs did to its neighbors in name of Serbia, he would roll over and over in his grave. Let the man rest in peace.

Fancy that, an Albanian speaking for a Serb.

Tesla was successful in America but he brought his knowledge there. He did not acquire it there so you trying to say that somehow America made him is ridiculous. He was already a great man who only got the opportunity in another country.

You just can't stomach that a Serb and not an Albanian achieved this.
If Tesla was alive today I have no doubt he would stand shoulder to shoulder with his people and NOT be ashamed or disgusted by them. He most certainly would be very hurt that his people were hunted by their neighbours. If he knew how America would turn against his people I think he would have given his knowledge to Russia instead.

'Our' reputation which 'others' have tried to tarnish.

Those sound like the words of a self-deceiving pompous fool lacking perception or conscience.

He certainly doesn't sound sorry for his sins or for the sins of his people.

The same could be said for Mother Theresa regarding the Albanians. You're in no position to pass judgement.

if tesla would have known what his adopted americans would have done to the world all in the name of dollars and cents he'd be turning in his grave.

and why has nobody brought in his French education to round out the mix.
