Electoral rolls for north submitted

The Serbian government has submitted the electoral rolls for local elections in Kosovo for four Serbian municipalities in the north, a daily has reported.

Cant they establish all the rules for the elections clearly first and then try to organize elections? No one seems to agree what is going on at all! You can vote with sErbia documents but can't register to vote with Serbia documents! The ballots will have republic of kosovo - no they will have osce- no they will have central commission of kosovo- no they will have nothing! Serbia is just the worst. The negotiators are just the worst! They either agree to things they lie about and then try to make the lie the truth or they just agree to kosovo independence! Why can't they get things straight? Because they are the worst.

said that if Priština adhered to the agreement all those born in the territory of the province will be legible to vote in November.

Daci was born in prizren but never lived there after his birth. Therefore , he is not a registered voter,but i would love to see him coming and casting his ballot with his duel citizenship, which is his right if he holds and RKS ID and/or passport.
